My experience with Gets.cn was the best. Shipping was quick and customer service is 100%, I recommend you shop at Gets.cn 100%.
This website has LOTS and LOTS of wonderful items to select from and their prices is great if you purchase the min. qty. The site is hard to navigate, took me hours to find everything I'm looking for. The prices are great but the min. quantity is very high. My first purchase cost me over $3,000 which is the most I've ever made on one transaction and I wasn't able to get nearly as many items as I'd like.due to the high min. qty. The shipping is high but still reasonable considering the amount of items I purchased. Communication is not so great. Their English is fair but still have a hard time getting them to understand what I need. My first experience with this company is not yet completed as I have not received my merchandise but so far I am disapointed in that they apparently work with several factories. I thought they manufacture the items themselves. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and they have contacted me at least 10 times now wanting me to increase my qty on specific items because it was out of stock and they have to produce which requires higher qty purchase. It would have been better if they find out all items requirng a change and get back to me once instead of 10 different times requring I change my order 10 times which tends to cause confusion. Also I am just one person, not a big company so this is hard for me financialy but I did increase the qty some things and had to cancel others. They make you pay right away for any balances outstanding before starting production yet when they have had to cancel items due to not being available and I wasn't willing to increase the qty amt. they give you a credit instead of a refund. I don't believe this is fair considering I pay promptly which they expect so they should also refund just as promptly. It makes me feel that once they get your money they are not giving it back - you'll just have to purchase more stuff to eat up any credit. Also the credit amount was incorrect. You have to really look at everything carefully or you'll allow them to make a mistake in their favor. Currently I am working with them to get it fixed so that I am charged only what I purchased. They owe me a credit for canceling items yet their invoice shows a balance due instead???
And lastly their production time is lengthy. I was hoping to get the products in time to sale for Christmas but it is going to take about a month (estimated only) before they ship and by then it is too late. I will write another review once I receive the products.
you are right on-- 6 wks until I received my things. & dont think that the beads will be exactly like their photos. 30 % come out differently. also, they encouraged me to buy the lots of 1000 different double core beads & the 300 lot in the single core insisting they were top quality. well let me tell you & am still fighting this . i'm sending pic to them as we speak. I told them if they were seconds why did they not tell me that. she said they were not. well then your inspector was starting to celebrate their new year very early. out of 1000 double core beads 200 were good 200 OK 50 broken or cracked, 100 w/o one side of its core & the rest are only TRASH worthy. now the 300 single core were perfect, however they sent me 160 of the same orange bead & basic blue yellow green white were the rest. they were perfect not pretty or unique at all. The ones that were produced were perfect bu again 30% did not look like the pic at all and I did not receive one style that I ordered. we will see what happens but I don't beleive i will use them again. I too am a one women show and cant spend as much as they wanted. you really went over the top and they want the business so lets make them work for us a little. I will say they are always kind but there is a lack of understanding the English language.. I try to give a benefit of the doubt but i don't see this lasting with me. I can't believe they have a full page of advertisement in the BEAD STYLE magazine. anyway good luck, Zingada's Bling
I am still waiting in my order...waiting..waiting,,I ordered 1000 beads,just hoping they get it right and they r good beads, now I am nervous!! I also agree the site is hard 2 navigate, and I swear it is impossible to delete any items in your cart, u have only 2 choices, move it to the wish list or keep it there forever!! Its weird! I too am a one woman show, and only order the minimum!! I so hope they get here soon cuz I really need them NOW~~~!!!!

Aww thank you TC K that's really sweet of you :) I just noticed that there is a tracking # today on my order, so that is a positive sign:) Now just need to wait for delivery,,cant wait I really really need them!
I am so happy my 1000 beads came today, I ordered 1000 glass beads for pandora like bracelets, they r stunningly beautiful... I am super excited, and at only 10 cents per bead this is really going to help me actually make a profit! And I am so happy with the quality too, it was deffo worth the wait, but I think from now on I will go to the "stocks" items so it will come faster!!! Thank you TC K...and I never did see that world cup award yet LOL!!!! I so need to find that hhahaha!!

Yeah, just looked at the site now. And i already am annoyed because everytime you click something on it opens another window. I had like 16 windows open just to look at one product lol. Ok, i exaggerated a little but still irritating! Don't like how you have to buy SO much just to be able to buy at all! It sucks too cuz I really like some of the items they have and would LOVE to buy them. But alas, I'm not rich. lol.
Wow, I completely forgot about leaving the final feedback. I'm going to try to do this from memory although I'm sure I'll leave something out.
The items did finally arrive but I think it took like 2 months or maybe even a little longer. The shipping time itself only took 4-5 days but it was the production that kept the order held up.
The quality was good although there were quite a bit of broken stuff - enough to fill up a Medium Flat Rate Priority Box. Don't bother trying to get a refund on damages. I sent them an email to let them know about it and they responded that they'll do better next time. There was no mention of refunds or replacements and I didn't pursue mostly because I didn't feel it was worth the effort. I rarely ever put up a fuss anyway unless the damage was significant. Usually I just toss the damaged pieces in a box and when it gets full I'll auction it off on ebay as a craft lot. Anyway if I were to guess how much the damages amounted to I would say probably $100-$150. Not worth the trouble for me. Plus I hate the return process so usually when I do discover damages I just take it as a loss. If the damage amounts to more than 20% of the cost than I might put up a fuss.
Overall I was happy with the price and quality so I ended up placing a 2nd order where I spent about $2,700 including shipping. The 2nd order actually went more smoothly than the first. From the time I placed the order to the day it arrived at my doorstep was under 1 month. Even though it's been a few months I still have 2 large boxes that I haven't even opened yet. I'm kind of a shop-a-holic and I have a tendency to buy way more than I sell so I have boxes and boxes of un-opened merchandise.

Did you have a part in my private transaction? And just because yours went a certain way does that mean mine should also? Yeah I don't think so! My experience is just that "My Experience" NOT Yours or Anyone elses for that matter. I consider myself an honest reviewer and I never once said that what I experienced is the norm for other buyers. Everyone will have their own unique experience, all I can do is state the facts about my own and that is what you should do not dictate what someone else says is or isn't true especially when you really have no idea unless you were there. What you said only makes me suspicious that you work for the company and are trying to strike up points for them.
I stayed on them & took photos & they finally sent a partial amount. BUT___ know i know what to do!!!! you have to stay on top of them all the way and never ever assume that they should know something. I "ticket" them constantly with questions about each & every item. I make sure I know it all before buying. THEREFORE, my next order went smoothly & was 80% perfect. some of the core less colored CZ are chipped on the faceted edges. The chips had to happen in transit because it was wrapped in a cloth like towel, like soft paper towels & the CZ must have bumped each other. when ordering the last time they were in a plastic tray that divided them had a SS core too. I thought they would be shipped in the same fashion yet, I DID NOT SPECIFY IT( another thing I now know) i have not contacted them about it yet because I want to take the photos first & it is a pain. Everything else was perfect & it took about 1 month which is fine when you know it will be that long & the communication was great.
But on the CZ again: Their page with this item says=Cubic Zircon (C.Z) European Beads, handmade faceted, Rondelle, 13.5x6.5mm, A Grade, 5.5mm hole = Now I ask is it a cubic zircon or a CZ(cubic zirconia)===BIG DIFFERENCE since they are chipped around the entire bead on each facet. I feel even a GRADE A shouldn't chip this easily if it is a CZ & because they were wrapped decently too! but I would have put them in the tray. So does anyone know if these should chip or not. my last ones did not & seemed to be very tuff. thanks chris z.

Gets.cn has been my regular supplier for almost 5 years. Honestly speaking, it's not really that way like what Sarah J. said. It has always supplied me high quality products with reasonable prices. Well, it did delay my order sometime, but finally with nice beads to me. In a word, Gets.cn is a reliable supplier for you.

I purchased some lampwork beads from Gets.cn last month. They didn't send those beads i purchased on time. The staff in Gets.cn told me the reason is that the last step to make lampwork beads is drying them in the sun. Unluckily, it's the rainy season in july in China. Well, my order has arrived yesterday. The quality of my lampwork beads is so perfect. If Gets.cn send my order on time with bad quality, I would be very angry. But now, I'm satisfied with these beads. Thank you so much.

Buyer Beware! The website says you get one quantity at a specific price, but check your invoice carefully. On several items I got half the quantity and they kept the price the same. They do not notify you that the price has doubled. You are responsible to check your invoice quantity against what is shown on the website. They say they are not responsible. Also, many items were defective! I have yet to see if they will return my money.
Wow. It is unbelievably. I have cooperated with Gets.cn for 3 years. Now, we have built a good relationship with each other, and I still keep placing my order on Gets.cn . Although sometimes there will be misunderstanding, but there will always be good solution through communication. So I will advise you to send the email to their customer service, and I am sure that you will get a good solution.
And the customer service from Gets.cn is very professional. If there is a little difference on my order, they will send me email for confirmation. They will not send the goods to me without my confirmation. How responsibly they are!
For the situation you mentioned. I once had experienced. Now I know the reason. As if the goods are sold by bag, the quantity on their website is just estimated, will a little different from the actual quantity we get. But they will never do not send you the update invoice if the quantity has been changed.
I was told to comment their company on this website yesterday. As we are best friend with each other. So I am here today. But very amazing to found the description as you mentioned.
In my opinion, I think Gets.cn is a very good company. It’s worth recommend.
I have sent 2 emails to Gets CN and they will do nothing about my quantity being cut in half. They did not notify me of the price/quantity change. They said they changed the information on my invoice, (after I paid) and from then on it is my responsibility. BUYER BEWARE! Customer service does not exist if you have a problem. Do not spend more than you can afford to lose!

If your new to this website you would be well advised to know that they have items that are in stock at their own factory, if u don't like to wait 2 months for your order go directly to "in stock" at the top of the page, the home page, you will get your items much quicker if you do this, but if they don't have what u want there and you have to get it not on the "stocks" be prepared and patient to wait a loong time!! I am super happy with my order though I ordered 1000 glass beads for "pandora" like bracelets that I am selling, I am very happy with the quality, I paid $100 for 1000 Murano beads and they are stunningly beautiful!! A lot of them have a little tiny bit of glue on the top from where the silver centers are glued, but its not bad and these r pretty good quality overall, at least when I got them all of the aluminum cores didn't fall out as this has happened from other stores I have bought from!! All in all though you can get fantastic deals for your business, just remember "stocks"
it still takes 4 weeks to get an order; a million emails because they only have so many of 'in stock' items'; so you have already paid;they don't have your total quantity; they will not credit until order ships; thats only after they try to get you to let the credit ride for your next order; original order i did the 1000 beads; 500 horrid; fought for 6 weeks with photos galore to replace; zillion emails;half of which was error in understanding communication; therefore i started to write as they did & communication was a little better; finally when I received my replacement it was mediocre at best; these large bead counts should be sold as seconds and I told them that. i don't know what i will do next time??? czewe
Ya I can certainly sympathize with that, I doubt I will ever do a re-order through them..

The first order I placed from them was exactly as I ordered and fast shipping. The second order is the reason I will not order from this company again. I ordered several items. One item I ordered with a 500 quantity and I noticed it didn't look like 500. I opened and counted and found only 199 pieces to be exact. I contacted by email and was requested to take pictures of items I ordered and packaging. On the label it stated 500 pieces, but there was Not 500. I sent them the pictures and the reply was that since the label said 500 then that was was I got. They told me to recheck the box (was told to do this 3 times). There has been 3 emails back from them and each time the remarks led to that they show 500 shipped. I order from China from several companies and have never this issue let alone being treated as if I am a liar. I will never order from this company again. I have ordered from another supplier several times in the last 4 years and thought I would give this company a try. I made a terrible mistake. I should have known to stick to the one that I have trusted over the years. They have always treated me with respect!
Update. Email after email after email this has been resolved. I stressed that I shouldn't have to make another order just to be able to get what I didn't receive and the pieces should be mailed to me. They of course were conveniently out of that bead so she refunded the money last night. Issue resolved and I still would not order from this company again. There are too many suppliers to worry if you will get what you paid for from this one.

It is the biggest China beads, findings and gems online market. I like to make vintage style jewelry, and its brass findings are my best choice. Their quality is good, but the price is quite competitive. I will design jewelry first and purchase the desired jewelry supplies from it. But sometime, I will find unique or interesting beads and findings which will give me inspirations of design. That is great. To a jewelry designer, design new jewelry endlessly is important. At the same time, get the newest supplies is very important to designer too. Gets.cn always can offer new supplies in time. That is another reason why I choose it as my regular supplier. Of course, I am its regular customer too.
I really like this site. They have all different kinds of trims. If you are working on a project and you need that trim wow factor, this site has a lot of options. You can really find whatever you are looking for. I got some gorgeous beaded fringe. I was really happy with the quality.
