They wanted me to publish a sposnored post for them in my blog. They wanted huge discount and in the end I gave them the discount they wanted. After publishing the post they promised to make the payment in 2 days and what I still haven´t received is the payment. I asked them about it, they promised to check and after that they haven´t even replied my emails any more.

Ordered a gown for my wife, it arrived after only 13 days. Absolutely fabulous! Dress was exactly as pictured and fit her like a glove. (ordered by size chard not custom).
The quality of the dress was as good or better than anything we looked at in high end shops locally. (no snags, stains, or loose threads, tight stitching all around) Will go back to gbridal.com next time.

Customer service in the company is great. I needed my brideamaid dresses in a hurry thanks to a short engagement, and they got my dress to me in plenty of time. They are also very good at communicating with their customers about their needs and wants. The dresses were all in great quality. Some alterations were needed to customize the fit to your body shape, but that is expected.

I absolutely loved my wedding dress. Shipping to the states was quick. It was a bit big and needed to be taken in some, but I had lost a little weight and think that I didn't measure very well. The quality of the dress was excellent and it was super comfortable throughout the outdoor wedding and reception. I didn't even have to adjust it dancing like most strapless dresses. I received so many complements on it. Thanks for the beautiful and inexpensive wedding dress!

Yet another new Chinese SCAM and RIP OFF site. If you check will see that EVERY single image on their site is stolen. If I show you a pic of an iPhone and tell you I can make this for you for $50, would you believe me? They didn't make any of the dresses on their site so they are 100% FAKE.

Dress arrived before expected and is beautiful. The sizing was off from their stated chart. We sized by the bust measurements, expected the waist and hips to be too big. They were not - it almost did not fit. The length is extremely too long and will have to have both lining and outer layer altered. All in all, very happy. Take care on the size and would recommend that you provide length when ordering to avoid having to have additional alterations.

I ordered this dress but due to the unavailability of the fabric, they couldn't make the dress for me. However, theyve got good customer service as they were really quick with their response, apologised to me the day after i've ordered the dress and have refunded me the money. Gave me options on other dresses too.

I needed the dress urgently as had a spring ball to attend, not only was the customer service outstanding and they rushed the tailor made dress through in plenty of time for my special event but the quality did not suffer at all. Absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait to order again from them.

I was a little scared having read the reviews of some indicating that they had a little bad experience with Gbridal. I received my dress and when I opened it the was amazing, the attention to detail that was put on the dress is impressive. I fell immediately in love with it, the train was perfect. It looks just like the picture and the materials is also great. Although I ordered one of their standard dresses when I tried it on the dress fit as if it were made specifically for me. I am so pleased with my order. And would highly recommend the dress and the site.

Ordered this dress for my mother in size 14 on color clover. It fit perfectly. It was very long for her, but we were expecting the length of dress will need some alteration. There was just one little piece that made me not give 5 stars, the little silver beads of the dress seen in the picture on the right side of the screen (left side of the dress) were not as expected. It seems in the picture they are all silver, however, the dress came with little lime green beads around the silver beads in the middle, they were just around the contour of the shape, but that´s what made the dress look cheap, now we are gonna have to ask out tailor if she can fix that. Overall great quality and price, if compared with mall stores that will probably sell the dress for twice the price of Gbridal.
