I have had nothing but positive experiences with Brian and his website. I think it is a very small company but I always get prompt shipment of my orders, prompt email replies, and friendly and personal attention. I have sent everything from shoes to laptop computers through forwardit.us and have never had a problem. I would (and have!) recommended it to all my friends.
The www.forwardit.us scam:
This site, run by "Brian" is an absolute scam. I purchased an item on eBay, only to realise the seller is one of those difficult small minded people who don't ship overseas. Having used forwardit.us in the past to purchase from ralphlauren.com, I assumed I could again utilize "Brian's" services. However, after paying the upfront fee of $10USD and filling in the details, "Brian" decides to enlighten me to the fact that he only accepts eBay items if he pays with his own Paypal account. He therefore expected me to somehow obtain a refund from the eBay seller and send the refunded money to him.
Meanwhile, my ongoing dialogue with the eBay seller had taken a turn. The seller had now emerged from his close minded shell to expand his business overseas. I was happy to finalize the second transaction for the extra postage with the seller through Paypal, assuming that Mr. "Brian Bates" would understand the most basic notion of business: the customer only pays when a good or service is provided. Anything else is misappropriation and theft.
However, the upstanding proprietor of forwardit.us felt otherwise. After emailing "Brian" informing him of the sellers change of heart, I was told his fees are "unrefundable." This is so fundamentally wrong that I decided to immediately open a Paypal dispute. After the usual dragged out Paypal process where they appear to ignore you for 2-3 weeks, I was told that no, my money could not be returned because the transaction was intangible. All the while, "Brian" had been firing off abusive emails and telling me I am never welcome to use his business again. Well to tell the truth, I would be going elsewhere nexttime anyway.
To sum up, www.forwardit.us is a dodgy site operated by a deceitful little man. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and don't take the risk.

T N. Thanks for recognizing the small business! Love it!
