The hair arrived in a bad condition. They had split ends, were dry and discolored. In addition, the size was much too big. I contacted evawigs directly with photos and videos. Evawigs were of the opinion the hair does not deviate :D after long discussions I got 70% back. I also had to pay for shipping to china for 47 euros. Once and never again.

I've been buying from them for years, however the last wig I order was a horrible experience. It took me 5 months to get my money back. I'm September 2020 I ordered a wig and I asked for a custom wig cap (which I've always been able to do) and I had email confirmation from custom service. The wig that came was not custom size and way too big. When I tried to reach out to customer service they would only send vague, unhelpful replies or no reply at all (sometimes I'd have to send 5 emails to get a response) in December I had to go through PayPal and Evawigs offered me a $50 refund for a $400+ wig. They then requested through PayPal that I send the wig back, (cost me $40 shipping but I was getting tracking on that thing so they couldn't lie, I also filmed myself packing the wig so they couldn't destroy it and claim it was me) finally this month February 2021, after so much BS from evawigs, PayPal sided with me and I got a full refund. Will never order from Evawigs again. Mainly because customs service just tried to brush me off instead of owning up to their mistake.

Unfortunately the product received is nothing like the item ordered which is very disappointing. I have ordered a number of wigs from Evawigs before and they have all been perfect, this one is not.
The item has short spikey hairs on the crown and the bangs/fringe is a complete mess.
I advised them within 48hrs of receiving the item and requested a return authorisation number from them, but the have not responded
I have sent photos of the item I received to Evawigs.
It has been more than the 3 days advertised on the website for a response. I have been waiting for a response for 10 days.
Evawigs have not acknowledged my email. I have also contacted them via the 'Contact Us' form on their website, and not received a response.
I will not be purchasing any more wigs from them and I would urge others not to either.

Sent totally different items ' because they didn't have the items I ordered'. What they sent was absolute rubbish, not human hair and it smelled bad. When i tried to get a refund they've made it extremely difficult even through PayPal. A lot of hassle and had to pay for the return shipping for items I didn't even order.

Let me start off by saying my expectations were low from the jump. But my goodness I could've gotten a better wig at a near by dollar store don't waste your time or your money on this sham. Trust and believe I'll be getting a refund from this wretched company

Do not order a things from this company my order was not what I order it's was not a lace front wig

I am very upset and disappointed in EVA WIGS and strongly suggest that you do not send them one dime of your hard earned money. You will never receive your product, only emails with lame excuses and delays. I placed a 239.00 order 6 weeks ago and was advised that it will be another 2 to 3 weeks before my order will be "processed" and this only after several emails demanding my product. I intend to turn this company in for a full investigation of their business practices. I pray they will be shut down in short order. Buyer beware. This is an elaborate fraud ring with amazing pictures of a product you will never receive. I am not a disgruntled customer, I have been cheated and defrauded. Don't be me! You will truly regret it.

Buying a wig from EvasWig.com is either a hit or a miss. My most recent purchase was listed as a Stock wig, I made the purchase because I could not wait for a custom wig. A week after payment I contacted them to get tracking information. I was sent an email that they were in the process of making the wig. Even though they continued to advertise the wig as "in stock". A few weeks later the wig came. After 2 washes all the curls disappeared and it was all matted, no matter what products I used. I could have made a better purchase at my local beauty supply store for less than half of what I paid to EvasWigs.com. I wrote a review on the site but it was never posted. I guess I was not giving them praises so I do not expect to see a post..

Please for the love of God. Do not buy from this company. The hair is not 100% human hair. This company have tons of red hair fibers as hair fullers. It shred instantly when you wash it and tangle the 2nd week of wearing the hair. I am requesting a full refund from PayPal but Evawig is fighting tooth and nail. Please do not buy from this company.

Do not purchase any wigs from this company. I purchased 4 wigs and got 2 free as per their fraudulent promotion. On arrival the wigs looked nothing as advertised. The quality was so poor and had no resemblance to those in their glossy pictures advertised, so I tried to obtain a refund and emailed the company to discuss getting a refund. Despite trying several times to email them my emails kept being rejected they would not go through. This was extremely disappointing as I purchased them for my daughter and I to have new wigs at Christmas. It ruined the Christmas from this point of view. I paid in good faith and would have expected to receive the wigs I contracted to buy. I have to add that I think their conduct is extremely shameful during the COVID pandemic. People are anxious and desperate to find ways to make themselves happier. So to technical cheat customers and supply shoddy goods after taking their hard earned money is disrespectful there is no honour in this conduct! I hope this review deters all customers from purchasing your wigs using and forces you to handle your business professionally and ethically. Please look up these words so that you have an understanding of what they mean. You are not worthy of a rating, for the following reasons. 1. The products that you advertise, look nothing like your deceptive photography. I am sure this goes against the Trade Description Act in that goods should be as those advertised. 2. You have set up a system that does not give the opportunity to discuss any issues with your products. Emails are rejected. So there is no business aftercare. 3. Your website displays beautiful wigs but in reality what you receive is a headdress that may well be worn by wurzel gummage. He is a scarecrow for those of you that are not familiar. Please do not use this company as they are cowboys selling extremely low quality goods! Use another company where you can trust what they are selling and how they conduct themselves. These people are thieves. I am a disgusted customer please learn from my experience.

I paid over $500 for a human hair wig, it took 4 months to receive it but its because of the lockdown, but it was not worth the waiting! Oh my god I swear a barbie doll has more beautiful hair, qualitu everything! I ordered 150% densitu and i got most probably 70%, lace was not the color i ordered and not even pre plucked as i requested. The quality was good until i washed the hair, after that the hair became so bad so so so bad! And not to mention the shedding! I sent email and what was their response? That they will refund me with $80? I PAID OVER $500 and i work very hard for that money, plus i never got $80 back! I already made a request with my lawyer move legally forward.

Purchased a 100% human hair full lace wig for a client, complete waste of time and money. Received the wig with a huge hole in the lace, hair is a matted mess after purple shampooing and the hair was definitely synthetic as it wouldn't take color and the hair melted to her iron. I contacted customer service and have been going back & forth for weeks now all for them to offer $50 to make up for literally the worst quality of hair and no response back. $50 to make up for a $340 purchase and a lost client because of this company. Awful customer service and don't bother coming to them if there's a problem. They WONT resolve it. Buy a synthetic wig. Scammers.
