Very good innovative features in this website, always discounts, customer support is good chatting is there. APSRTC and some RTCs are not there.
I am feeling cheated as i booked my ticket first time with this website and the amount is debited from my account but still i did not get the ticket and when i am talking to customer care number *******567) they are also not responding properly even they every time telling me that we will call you after 10 minutes. I called four time every 20 minutes after but some time they did not listen my query and cut the phone... even i am confused wheather my ticket is booked or not as my money got debited from my account... i used this website first time and felt cheated... i always prefered REDBUS but i was fool so i used this www.etravelsmart.com website for bus booking form mumbai to indore.

PLEASE DONT BOOK TICKETS FROM THIS PATHETIC SITE
I wanted to book a ticket from hyderabad to mumbai on 18th-aug 2014, i checked most of the travel sites to book the tickets of empire travels, but there the seats where shown already booked. So i checked in eTravelSmart here seats where available so i booked it.
One day prior to the day of travel i am getting call from the travel that the bus is cancelled and they cant help it. So i called eTravelSmart customer care, where i was told that their agency cannot do anything in this case.So, my request was transferred to their executive Debashish, were he fooled us and booked our tickect in a non ac third class bus. The crowed in that bus was pathetic. I paid for AC bus and he booked ticket in a non ac pathetic bus. When i realised that the bus is so bad, with cheap crowd and called their executive to refund our money he refused to do it. SO PLEASE PEOPLE, DONT EVER WASTE YOUR VALUABLE MONEY OR RELY ON THIS SITE.
I feel very happy to be part of eTravelSmart's user community. It my personal experience with site, while i trying to find best place to avail discount on bus tickets to reach my home town form Bangalore, i came to know about it.
I felt like, they are just making people to buy tickets form them. I am on the way to know positive and negative in the site. At last i am able to find positives, like low price, safety, dedicated support and other.
How ever there are some negative to site design is just ok, some time site speed is low.
How every site doing good.
