I recieved a phone call regarding a job I had applied for online. I almost fell for $500 sweepstakes Prize . I read the rules & realized that their primary goal was to sell me "education". I quickly unsubsribed from their site. I must admit that I'm very disappionted that I was misled.
Avoid it and it's affiliates down below by any means...Fake postings - NO JOBS! =(

Unfortunately they must have obtain my info after applying from careerbuilder.com
They sent me a text message to call them to get verified.
Little I knew that they collected my personal info, not to land me a job but to sell it to an educational institution to get me to enroll.

Wow, that's a pretty impressive list!
Think about the ones that are yet to be found =(
Believe or not all of these belong to the same convicted criminal.
NP The search for the source continues It's getting viral. Hopefully the masses will be warned before the fact as it spreads like wild fire.
Wow they texted me this morning and I was heading out the door told them I would call back this afternoon..but then thought to myself..:why would they need more info from me over the phone..rather than online?" Glad I researched..thanks for the heads up!!

Jobs are hard to come by. Unfortunately, job-related scams are not. We’re here to help you avoid adding insult to injury...

T N. at least you didn't give them the money. did they take any other information from you? here's some information on job scams: http://www.sitejabber.com/blog/2011/04/14/watch-out-for-job-scams/
Steve B. I just got an e-mail from them reminding me of my username and password to "finish" my application. Trouble is, is that I would NEVER use what they said my password was (my last name).
Dollie F. I agree, I applied for a job on line, had to call, they wanted me to see if I qualified to go back to school, trying to see if I qualified for a free cell phone and a $500 gift card for taking a survey. When I asked Regina what education etc has to do with applying for this job, I just got a bunch of BS. So I ended the call. Something is fishy here with Employer Network.
Dollie F. Let me further comment on this. I had applied for a customer service agent job with ACN in Concord, NC through www.customerservicejobs.com by beyond.com. Don't use this website.
Bill R. So it wasn't just my imagination about the conversation coming back around to education time and time again!
