Video is broken up into 4 parts and it is really a powerpoint delivered by someone speaking in a droning monotone. It might be helpful if you're someone that can bear complete boredom with absolutely no stimuli, but unless you're sure, don't buy it because despite advertising on the website that there's a 100% satisfaction or your money back garantee, I have yet to see my money returned.
