Placed an order for 3 items on Friday, March 08,2013 through USPS Priority with an expected delivery date of Tuesday, March 12,2013. Package actually arrived a day earlier, on Monday, March 11,2013 but was missing one item. Sent in a help ticket to discover why only two of the items shipped and found out that the missing item was out of stock/backordered, but was told that the warehouse and weight of the shipment matched. Sent in some photos of how the missing item would have been too big to fit in the small package that I had received. Was offered a refund or a replacement at no additional charge through UPS Next Day Air Saver. I opted for the refund and received it around 5 days later. Great customer service but the warehouse and shipping could be better. Would still recommend and purchase from here.

They really have an enormous selection of items, you're guaranteed to find something you'll like. If you are having trouble, need suggestions, or have questions, their staff could hardly be more helpful. Marketing emails are incredibly friendly, you can even reply to them with those questions or requests and they'll happily respond. They are very knowledgeable and commonly offer additional discounts on top of their already low prices just because they're happy you reached out. Seriously when it comes to sex toys, accessories, supplies, whatever, check with them first before going anywhere else.
