DO NOT SHOP with this bogus company. I purchased two dvd collections - Perry Mason and Columbo - for nearly $120 and it was processed June 5th. I've emailed dvdtvcollections twice - no response. The tracking number they had given me - invalid. I emailed the billing company and dvdtvcollection this morning to tell them I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.....and so I did. By the way, dvdtvcollection's website - dvdtvcollection.com - is no longer up and running.
I ordered perry mason dvd collection for my mom. For 69.99 and only got a email saying the order has been approved. Cannot get in touch with anyone, there are no phone numbers to call and now I have been told this site is a scam.
Placed an order with DVDTVCOLLECTION.com then received a bogus usps tracking number and tried 3 times by email to contact them but had no response at all from them then also tried calling and leaving a message on their telephone line (562-307-6448) left messages on that phone number but also received no response.
I ordered a dvd collection and also got an "automated" email with a phoney usps tracking number (it did not exist according to usps) saying the order was complete. I emailed them disputing that but never heard back. I have to wait 30 days before my bank goes after them to reverse the charge. I thought 59.99 for the complete dynasty collection sounded too good to be true.
I finally got an email reply and then got my DVD order. I suspect this is a new company and maybe they are overwhelmed because their prices are very competitive. I hope the others that posted here will update their reviews if and when they get their orders. I might buy from them again. I've got my eye on their Hitch$#*! offerings which are not available elsewhere.
The set is very poor quality. One disc cant play after halfway through and it is clear that they didn't record all episodes. Has anyone been able to get their bank to recover the charges?
Hey Karen,
Please read my comment on my review

I purchased an Item on here on July 5, 2010, for $39.99, I emailed the next day, they said response within 48 hours, it is 4 working days later and still no response. I have yet to see the product. After reading these comments of others I was a little worried. I wish I had read this site before I bought.
In addition, I got a follow up email from I F AND L (gateway@linkpt.net). I have also read that gateway @linkpt.net is a scam as well, at least as of 2 years ago.
I did call my credit card company and they told me not to worry, if I do not recieve product within 30 days they will refund me and go after the company.
However, I hope my story ends up like Karen, and I get the product. We'll see. There is another site that sells this same version of the product. Hmmn.
Please let me know if anyone has any updates to their issues.
thanks

I have called and my Credit card company (it's a well known major company) is going after them. They will credit my account for now, unless I get the product and it works.
They doubt they will even hear back from them, as they have not responded to me in my 3 attempts in the last 3 weeks.
I hope you all have used a major credit card, they will or should help you out on this.
I did finally get an automated response that my product was shipped, however, the USPS tracking number they gave me does nothing.
I have tried to contact them again, I won't hold my breath.
It is worse than I thought. If there ever was a scam, this is it.
I got the DVD's, finally, in the mail, 4 days ago, -- MIND YOU, this is nearly 2 months after I ordered it! And at the risk of sounding like some silly forum, I Never Would have Believed it, IF it didn’t happen to Me…
1. This person, whoever owns/runs this company, simply taped the shows off of TV, with a VCR no less, considering the extreme poor quality, and duped them onto a dvd, or in this case, series of dvds.
2. They didn't even bother to create menus for most of them, and in some you can even see the TV station Ad.
3. Then, if that wasn't bad enough. They came in a "Priority Mail" envelope, and the DVDs themselves were wrapped in a bag inside of it. NO BOX, NO PICTURE, NOTHING!
4. And, I AM NOT Kidding, they were each in a plain white paper dvd/cd sleeve, simply numbered 1-22. ONLY the first one said the name of the DVD set.
5. I am going to take pictures of it all, send it back, that is, if I am EVER able to decipher the chicken scratch that was written for the return address. AND, since there is no phone or address on the web site, they may not EVER get it back.
6. Heck, if they were smart, they would at least let me send them back so they could use the same to scam on someone else.
7. HOWEVER, I will save the pictures if my CC company requires it.
8. I will contact the Attorney General’s Consumer fraud division on this one if I can get a true name or address, but then, that is probably how they have gotten away with this all this time.
I ordered my dad a Perry Mason DVD collection from this website and received an order # and confirmation, but they haven't responded to my emails asking when the movies would be shipped. There's no phone # or address or contact name on the website - only an email address. I should have checked into that before I placed the order but I was in a hurry. I'm wondering if they are for real.

Lucky for you that you used a major credit card that will refund your money! I think we should all try and figure out which companies are the good ones that are like that. May I ask what type of credit card you are using? In my experience AMEX has the best track record of refunds.
I ordered from them and did not get the full set and then half the disc skip and do not work. I am now having to replace them costing me even more money.
