Be careful with these: 1) First they will try to take your work without signing any contract and will start the work only after taking advances 2) They had made sliding window using wood work from where all rats/mosquitoes etc used to enter easily for which they just said they can not help and since money was 100% paid, we suffered all the time 3) Never ever deal with them without signing contract on paper/stamp paper 4) To get money, owners will come personally, however once you pay money, not even their so called designer will turn up to your site forget about the owner 5) Never ever deal anything verbally, they are bunch of childish unprofessional people who will keep telling lie or changing words and will make your life miserable 6) They will charge you minimum double the market cost and will not give you even half the worth. Very shabby agency to deal with. 7) Once money is received, they will give least importance to your work and will delay or will not entertain you. My work was for hardly 6-9 months and even after 2 years, we are running behind. They have also used most inferior quality of wood/board which other agencies are willing to do at half of the price they have taken and that too did not complete the whole contract and running away. They signed the contract by saying the cost of sofa, dining table, chair refurbishment cost is included and now they are making excuses of asking us to send the material in their factory.
