Hair extension NIGHTMARE at Dolce, I went in for a consultation for hair extensions Besse gave me a price quote, we talked about ordering two bundles I have been getting extensions for 15 years only need two. I told her I do not like color because my hair is fine and color drys out my hair. So we agreed to use a gloss. The first ttime I went in all went well she used two bundles and the glosss. I was happy! So after 6 months I needed new extensions called and scheduled again. She put the gloss on my hair after the rinse I said my hair looks dark she said oh some of that will wash out. I went to pay after the service and my bill was 200 dollars more than they quoted me. I said what she said the color was more this time and I put more hair in. I did not ask for more than two bundles she said I used 2 and 1/2 bundels and charged me for 3. We leave the other half here and when you come back we say you have hair here and we only need to order two bundles I said I do not want to leave hair here for laterand I did not ask for color we have discussed this several times why would you make a change without my permission. She said well sometimes hairdressers need to make the decisons for you. I called my old hair dresser he said the Cinderella extensions she used this time vs great lengths she used last time are lower quality than great lengths so she charged me more for less expensive hair. I have to have hese replaced within 30 days she did such a poor job. The upsetting part is she tried to blame this all on me so the owner Courtney would side with her. Very poorly run business be careful if you go there
