“Treat this business like the plague! Stay AWAY!”

Ryan B.
3/3/15

My trouble all started in October 2014. I placed an order through this website for a new gun stock and a few other related parts during their Fall sale, promising free shipping and ten percent off. Nearly a month and a half later (and a week after I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau), my order finally shipped. I had attempted to contact the business multiple times over that six week period to inquire about the status of my order. Every time I attempted to call, I was met with an automated message claiming their customer service line was offline while they made 'improvements'. I sent emails demanding they cancel my order, because I had ordered the parts I needed from a different retailer (and received them within a week!) When my order arrived, I refused to accept it and had the Post Office ship it back. Within a few days, the package was back in California where it had originated, a mere ten miles from the Post Office it had originally shipped from. After about 24-48 hours, the package had somehow found its way to Atlanta, GEORGIA, and then there were no further updates on the package's location from the USPS. Recently, on a whim, I decided to take another look at the tracking information DWP had provided me and I found out the package had been classified as perishable. Since the USPS couldn't deliver the package or return it to the sender, the package was destroyed. So, for all my trouble I may as well have set my money on the floor in a neat little pile, doused it in gasoline, and lit a match, and I probably would have walked away with more than these jerks gave me. At least I would have been warm. Briefly... My recommendation would be to blacklist this business, and patronize a far more reputable retailer like MidwayUSA or US Tactical Supply. Unless, of course, you like chucking your money out the window or using it to wipe your rear.
