I ordered a bunch of stuff for my toddler for Christmas. They were having an awesome sale and amazon or walmart couldnt beat the price. I did have yo write an email because it didnt ship a week after I ordered. I knew it was going to be a wait because of the holidays though. After I called I received an email the same day that it shipped, and the product came the very next day. I'm very impressed. They obviously want to keep the customers happy even though they are very busy. Thanks crayola!
I placed an order on 10/29 and it is now 11/22. Still have not received. Called customer service and they won't do anything about it since the tracking info says scheduled to be delivered 12/1 and it's "out of their hands". So now I have to find something asap to ship my niece that will get there for her birthday during the Thanksgiving holiday. Of note, shipping was to HI and it wasn't clear when I ordered that shipping time will take 10-14 days. However, it's been over that time and again, Crayola unwilling to help. They sure care about a 5 year old's happiness.

My little siblings love the website and love being creative. They use a lot of Crayola products with there art.
I received my order of 3 boxes of crayola crayons and a tin of markers from crayola.com. Today they arrive so I open the box and see 3 boxes of unsecured crayons lying on the floor of the box out of their respective boxes some broken so there goes the Christmas gifts and my money down the drain. The tin was securely wrapped. You would think such a company as Crayola that's been around since I was born 56 years ago would take more care in securing crayons in shipping with plastic or something. There was nothing! To top it off their website is unmonitored as I tried. I got the phone number through Google and I got an "I'm Sorry". I'm sick of sorry's from these companies pack your stuff securely! Never ordering again!
