Horrendous! FOUR e-mail's and SEVEN months later and STILL no reply regarding a complaint from my Connecticut home sale. Will NEVER do business with Coldwell Banker again.

Dan Gamez was a Realtor involved in my transaction. I had an issue with a house that he listed. The house had many issues including structure problems. The deceptive aspect is that the property condition report reflected no issues. I called Dan and text Dan to discuss matters regarding this house and my transaction. He refused to call or text. In this type of job, I believe that no call is highly irresponsible not caring to resolve issue. Not someone I would ever hire!

LaurenKraus of Walnut Creek CA office became our realtor and promised to protect us as sellers and keep our personal finances private. She did the complete opposite! When realtors and perspective buyers wanted to view our home she told them we had 8 contingencies and we NEVER had 8 contingencies. She made unilateral decisions to make changes in our home and charge us 3x the estimated cost. She used pay off quotes to create our Sellers Settlement Statement that was over 90 days old. She judged us for being on a Covid19 Forbearance and went online and told the world we were 37 months behind in our mortgage and posted our lenders name and back payment amount along with our full names. She abandoned us in escrow because we ended up owing thousands that she never discussed with us because she charged us 3x's what "her contractor" was charging. When we didn't have the money to close she threatened to sue us and told us we had to sign a non-disparagement agreement to not complain about her. She will soon go before the CoCo Association of Realtors and explain why she lied, threatened, and abandoned us. Her threats were so awful it put my husband in the hospital in ICU for heart related reasons. She listed our home as a 4 bedroom when it was a 3 bedroom with a den for $610,000. She turned our den into a 4th bedroom and sold our home for $545,000. But she refused to sell it for $549,000 without discussing the offer with us. She told us we needed to make $1000 payments to her personally for the staging she wanted for our home. She has no ethics!

I just found my apartment listed on their site. The disclosed details has A LOT OF mistakes. The most amazing part is that they are not event the realtor who was asked to take care of the apartment. I called local office and asked them to take my apartment down. They basically said they took the listing from MLS and nothing they could do. I cannot believe that a company cannot control their own technology and will not take ownership of their content on their site. I do not even know how to trust any realtor that is associated with Coldwell Banker since they do not take any responsibility of the content on their own site.

They are the worst place ever to rent from and they let they're contractor sexually harassing my fiance in front of our daughter and let him get away with it and threatened not to bring it to the court

Patti Couperthwaite from Fremont Indiana walked by our cottage and flipped us off and was very rude in front of our family, children were present.

Ludicrous and dangerous when it comes to dwellings but when it comes to taking your moneys they are champs

Please do not rent from this company here in Andalusia Alabama. My husband and I have been renting from Coldwell banker for over 5 years... in the same house with Four kids. I went in to pay my rent... One of the secretary work there informed me that my family and would have to move because they need to do repairs in the home. I would have 30 days to move.The real reason is they no longer wanted me or my family to live on their property. I never been late on rent. I paid on time... There is no damages to the home.The home is very upkeep. I was hurt. After 5years with this company... loyal tenant... not one complaint... nothing at all... They kick me and family from this home after 5 years. She was rude and did not care what happens to My family. This was inconvenient. I now have to pack up all our belongings of 5years in this home that rented from Coldwell Banker. I don't know where to start. This was our home. I was amazed how they can choose to how easy it was for them to hand me a piece of paper stated they no longer will renew the lease and how she started answering phones and collecting rent from other tenants.The people for the company is very heartless. They have taken a home from me my husband and four kids and think nothing about it.My kids are very heartbroken... several birthday parties in that home... my 3 child was born in here also... so many family memories.If you want a good home and stay and no worry about a company not renewing a lease. I always complied with the company when the company does 3 month inspection.It's very uncomfortable for the company to come inside your home and inspect you home every 3 months. That means they don't trust you as a renter but still collects the money. Please don't end up like me and my family... please do not rent from Coldwell banker Andalusia Al... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S NOT WORTH IT! THEY HAVE CHOICE TO CONTINUE GETTING YOUR MONEY AND THEN ONE DAY OUT THE BLUE THEY DON'T. YOUR FAMILY DESERVES A COMPANY THAT WILL LET YOU RENT FROM THEM... AND IF THERE ARE NO ISSUES NO PROBLEMS NO COMPLAINT S SHOULD CONTINUE YO LET YOU AND FAMILY ENJOY YOUR HOME. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT LET YOU DO THAT... DO NOT RENT FROM COLDWELL BANKER!

I recently moved out of a house I was renting through this company. Our property manager Ed Mercell was quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. Any maintenance request that was submitted took several months to get any kind of resolution. When we moved in we made it very clear that the damaged fence needed to be repaired so that our dog would be able to use the yard. 12 months later nothing was done. We had a leaking toilet in the master bedroom that we also informed them of before we moved in... took 3 months to get fixed, resulting in black mold in the bathroom (which also was never taken care of).

Our air conditioner was leaking and leaving massive amounts of water in our laundry room. That was ignored by management for 3 months until an entire wall was covered in black mold. We had a lawn care service that maintained our yard, twice a month. When the hurricanes came through they had to cancel on us for one service. In that time we received an email and voice mail from our property manager threatening us with eviction because of "constantly unmanaged yard". Threatened with eviction because of 1 missed yard service when our walls were covered in mold because their lack of action. This has been, by far, the worst property management I have ever seen. We were never late with rent, never noisy, never caused any kind of issue and were treated like we were nothing.

Several times we would come home to notes on our door from "management" telling us to keep our screen door closed. The property manager clearly had the time to make trips to the house to check on things, just not enough to actually do anything to fix the problems we had. If I could give 0 stars I would. The property in question (******* wahine dr n Jacksonville, FL *******) is actually a nice house and we had planned to stay for several years, but this management forced us to rethink this.

We decided a year ago to move away from the Atlanta area and we chose Mandi Bevis with Coldwell Banker as our realtor. THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE HAVE EVER MADE...Mandi was great at not wasting our time showing us things we couldn't afford and was a vast resource to assist us in making an informed decision. I could have never imagined how great the house we chose was and we owe it all to Mandi

I tried hard to find a rental so I called different Coldwell out to ask if he could help in any way which meant so much to me in these hard times of finding a place. Mr. Bob Arnold although he couldn't help me because I was looking to rent instead of buying he actually should that he cared by asking to help in any way and if I needed advice I could reach out to him. That meant so much to me not many nice people out here so thank you for your help it really made me feel a lot better today.
