I made a terrible mistake of ordering from cigar international.

Very poor customer service suddenly with this company. Bad quality cigars received and time to resolve issue greater then 1 month. I need to wait for a shipping label to be mailed to me, then mail the cigars back, and then wait for a check to be processed and shipped to me. Then 10 days to clear this check in my account.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

My husband orders from here almost every week! Great great prices with quick delivery.

They use a Bait and Switch tactic. I got August Catalog and tried to find the "Bargains" online. Of course they could not be found so I called them On August 3rd using Augusts catalog. The first three items I tried to buy "they were all on back order" and then they tried to switch you to cigars that you could purchase at that price anyway. They are like 1970 car dealers...just go away

CUSTOMERS BEWARE... Here is my latest CI experience that all CI customers should be aware of. The first week of December 2022 I received an email that my account had been suspended. They claimed that had performed an internal audit and I owed them over $300 that had not been paid on orders from December of 2020 and March of 2021. Yes two years ago. After pulling out tax returns with Credit Card statements etc. and spending a lot of time going thru them I found that they had in fact been paid. I sent them copies of the payments. They never got back to me after numerous emails trying to get it corrected. Today I went nuts and called them. I went over the entire thing again and a few hours later I get an email saying that everything has been corrected. I had asked C/I what they were going to do for me after pursuing a bogus claim. ( some people would have just paid it) and wasting a couple days of my time researching it and proving it was paid. No response from C/I. They suck. They are trying to suck extra money out of the people that support them. I buy 3 to 4 thousand dollars worth of cigars every year. I will not buy one stick from those thieving bastards ever again. How many people have they done this to that have just paid it without researching it. They get a 0 star review even if I had to leave a 1

I did not receive my order. Customer success is awful and never helps at all. I threw ~$100 away by purchasing from them.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

Been asking CI to stop send catalogs for over a year and yet here I am still getting catalogs! Calls, emails and even letters don't work. Stoped ordering from CI because couldn't get the orders right so I guess it makes sense CI can't get this right either.

I live out of the country and I've been ordering some cigars from inter... They messed up my order, but when I explain that it would coast me more money to send it back they totally shut me down... I haven't heard from them so Ve gone else where to cigars.com and they are treating me much better cause they care about there coustomer unlike inter... you suck inter

CIGAR INTERNATIONAL are THIEFS and CHEATERS
I ordered a mix of cigars to be sent to an APO address in Afghanistan where Im doing service.
I could hardly believe the mail I got from CI when Id already paid with my credit card.
It said; We have processed a verification charge of under $3.00 on this order, this is to verify the card activity. Once the amount has been verified and the correct billing address applied, we will charge the remaining balance and release the orders.

The thing is that they sent me a pack to the same APO two weeks before this mail without any problems and now they are going to charge 3$ extra. Charging me after Ive checked out from my purchase.
This is pure theft and fraud. Ill NEVER BUY FROM CIGAR INTERNATIONAL AGAIN.

THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT SOLDIERS DOING SERVICE FOR GOD AND COUNTRY!

This is definately the best place to order if you burn a lot of cigars. However, they always make a big deal out of every cigar they sell like its the best cigar ever. I would recommend you order 5 packs before you get an entire box to make sure you like the cigar. Another helpful tip, look at the customer reviews on CI's website for every cigar you are interested in. People are very candid and descriptive about what they do/dont like and it can be a huge help. BTW, the majority is usually right on those reviews.

A great site for both the beginner and the experienced cigar smoker. They have a great selection of samplers to those interested in trying out new cigars, and have great prices on packs and boxes.

Shipping is super quick (1-2 days to NY) and there is usually a free shipping coupon to be found. Humidors and accessories aree abundant and at great prices.

I have found their prices to be competitive or cheaper than most other online cigar retailers. On the occasions that I have needed to ask a question I received a response very quickly, and in well-written English.
