It has lot of options and cheaper than the hotel website. Good support but now priceline and hotwire are more competitive.
I booked accommodation for one night in Glasgow in May of this year through this site. I reside in Scotland the hotel is in Scotland and I naturally paid in Sterling. What I did not find out until today when I received my bank statement is that this company uses a foreign banking system and charged me an international use fee and my bank charged me an overseas transaction fee. Nowhere on their site do they make any mention of this so I advise others to be very wary if making bookings through them. I would prefer to complain to them direct but cannot find an address for them.
