My order through Amazon Pay was cancelled by Amazon on date of order and email provided for cancellation and still authentic watches shipped the watch and expected me to pay duties, taxes and return fees and stocking fees.

I tried to inform authentic watches of amazon pay cancelled and still they pushing purchase on me. Really bad customer services. Please be aware that this seems to be not a professional company that doesn't seem to be even supported by Amazon Pay.

Charged me $700 restocking fee for a return falsely claiming I took off and replaced stickers and scratched the band. The band was too small for my wrist so I never got to wear it. No way I took off and remounted stickers. Highly doubtful I made deep scratches on the band when it was only out of the box for 15 minutes.

Since the company is not a reseller, I believe the watch was sold and returned by the third party jeweler they originally acquired it from. Their problem should be with that company and not me who did business in good faith.

Do not buy!

Ordered a watch that could not get it to work through Amazon. Got an RMA and a promise that i would be refunded less the shipping costs. Instead they only refunded 1/2 the value of the watch stating there was a $1050 'restocking fee'. Horrible. They lied. Stay away.

Expect to be charged at least $50 to return anything EVEN if it's not your fault. They don't size watches correctly, item was listed as Brand New yet it came in a damaged box. No paperwork from the Watchmaker which makes you wonder where they get these from. Sketchy to say the least! They claim the charge is for shipping yet the shipping didn't cost as much so what are they charging for?

Pasting a note I received from these folks on a warranty repair: "...Your watch has been received and forwarded to the service center. After a thorough examination by the technician, it has been determined that your watch needs a complete overhaul, which is not covered by our warranty. Once payment is received, service will commence on the watch and it will be returned to you after completion of servicing and testing. Please note that this quote is only valid for 30 days from the date of this invoice. Sincerely, Service Department AuthenticWatches..."

Sure, I get it, you don't want to honor your warranty which IS a product sold by terms and conditions. The problem is, this won't be the end. BUYER BEWARE!

I had a terrible experience (read until the end)

--Feisty, disrespectful and un-empathetic customer service

--They kept my 100 dollars even if I cancelled the order before it was shipped

--And I cancelled the order because it never got to me after weeks of being promised overnight delivery

--PLUS they told me some items are "out of stock" and hence, "non-refundable" but it DOES NOT say on the website that the watch I ordered was "out of stock" or "non-refundable" and "order cancellation would make me lose 100 dollars". The website instead said "available within 3 months" under the availability tab for my chosen watch and I was supposed to understand on my own that "available within 3 months" means out of stock and non-refundable. The customer service representative, Donnie, instead of artificially showing empathy with a customer ordering a 990 USD watch and losing 100 USD for nothing kept talking over me and telling me that it was "all my fault" and he does not need feedback for improving his website because it is "perfect".

Worst experience of online shopping ever!

Assuming the watch I got is authentic, which I do not know because I have not had it serviced by a certified dealer yet I felt the prices were very good. I purchased a Rolex from a different dealer 7 years ago and when I sent the watch in to a certified rolex service store they informed me though the watch was authentic it Had been altered and they would not service the watch. So the watch was of no use to me because I could not get it fixed finding a shop that will work on it is almost impossible. Having gone through that experience I was concerned my omega was not genuine or that it had been altered. I asked all the questions to verify it was indeed a omega watch that had not been altered and was to factory standards. I have not taken the watch to be serviced yet... So I will not know for a few years if it has been altered. However that being said I did purchase a watch from them and I felt the price was very fair. I did have to send the 1st watch I purchased back and I did not read the small print to find out that a watch over $5000 is subject to restocking fee. I was pushed by the salesman to exchange the watch and I did end up spending more to get a watch that I wanted. I realize the salesman job is to sell the watch and they definitely push very hard for you to buy a watch and if you are returning it they push extremely hard for you to exchange and not refund. If I could have gotten my money back I would have I did not appreciate the salesmen pushing me so hard to make a purchase. Read the small print I was shocked to find they would not refund for a watch over $5000. So when they brag in big print that there is no stalking charges there are 5% which is $500 at least. If the watch turns out to be authentic, I would purchase again and recommend them for they cautious assertive buyer. I am considering taking the watch to an omega service counter and having it inspected for authenticity. If it turns out it has been altered and is not authentic and/or they will not service it because it has been altered I will without doubt report the company to the Better Business Bureau. Note there are 37 complaints about authentic watches to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased my Omega watch through this website, and it wasn't a good experience.
The information and the picture that was shown weren't complete and match with the description and the watch!
When I received my watch, it was absolutely shocking because first it wasn't what I expected and second, it was defective, and the crown didn't work and even came out too far.
Besides that, they have zero customer service.
They made me pay for my return shipping and deduct 10% stocking for the watch that I even didn't open or use!
We took the watch to the Omega store to check its authenticity and performance, and the retailer told me this is a defective product and that they should have provided us with the correct information, because the website and picture didn't mention anything about the battery-operated model (old model), and the picture of the bottom of the watch.
I also spoke with their manager and emphasized when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase and shop with you, you need to check the item's accuracy and authenticity, and whether it is working properly or not and then ship it to the customer, but he rudely responded that this is not our responsibility.
Very upset about this company, and absolutely do not recommend even trying them once.

I purchased a rolex datejust2 witch they told me and as mentioned on their website that the watch is 100% brand new, but once I received the watch i was really surprised the watch was without clasp and not working at all i toke the watch to local service center and they told me the watch was polished by third party and movement have been replaced by fake parts.

Please people beware from them even if u return the watch they well charge you for that be careful.

I have purchased two rolexes and one omega from them. They have all been exceptionally perfect. One roles was a mans', about 3 years ago and runs perfectly. The Omega was a ladies and same thing. I just received another womens rolex and is great. They deliver on time, they only charge half before delivery, and the total after you receive the product. They deliver when they say they will. They told me the womans rolex would be no more than two months and I received it on time. I highly recommend them. Read their reviews so you can judge for yourself. They are reliable ans when you call, you actually speak to knowledgable employees. Exactly what I ordered and with all the certificates

I ordered a watch band from these guys that would take 6 months to deliver. They charged me immediately and never contacted me about the order again. I finally made contact with them after a year and they indicate that the watch band is unavailable. I said fine please return my money. They indicate that they cannot refund my money, but would happily give me a store credit to use on their website. Problem is I do not want to do business with these people and I do not want anything they have especially given the other reviews. Do not give them your money!

I really liked my Tag heuer i bought, so i thought i buy another one but in a local official TAG HEUER dealer. Then showed the one a already had...turns out to be a really good FAKE.
When we put the serial numbers into the TAG HEUER account the number engraved came out as unknown
So we sent it to Switzerland. And YEP a very expensive FAKE TAG HEUER.

What started off as possibly a great transaction turned out to be a complete nightmare. I shall be making my transactions elsewhere after wasting valuable time with a business with such poor customer service.

If I could give authentic watches more stars I would, I ordered wrong links for my watch by accident the workers and manger went out of there way and ordered me the right links super happy with there service also they sell original Rolex links and I recommend them 100%

Surprised and disappointed by their lack of interest in doing anything to earn my business. Having been in sales for more years than I care to think about, I was stunned by the fact that rather than follow up on a trade request I submitted to at least see what I was trying to accomplish, I received an email stating that they could not make an offer close to my asking price. Apparently no one there understands what "asking" price means. I was hoping to do a trade plus cash, and the asking price on the two watches I submitted would have given them plenty of room to see a profit based on their asking prices for similar watches listed on their website. The impression I came away with was that if they felt I wasn't willing to accept a lowball offer on my watches and pay full retail for theirs, they weren't interested. A real salesperson would have reached out to try to find a way to make a deal, or at least do the most rudimentary job of a salesperson. Ask questions. It seems that their staff assumed what I was thinking, a fatal mistake if my sales experience has taught me anything. I've always trained sales people to let the customer say no, don't do it for them.

The amount of time and money that companies spend to just find customers would, to my mind, make a five minute phone call or an email to ask some qualifying questions worthwhile to even the laziest salesperson.

I put a fair bit of time into submitting my watches for them to appraise and was very detailed in the description of both. To receive a single sentence reply suggests a lackadaisical approach and apathy towards a potential customer. I suppose that if you have all the money you need, you can take an indifferent attitude towards people who clearly want to do business. A salesperson who has no interest in trying to fins a way to get to "yes" is not a salesperson. Perhaps Authentic Watches would be well served to replace their staff of lethargic and indifferent clerks and seek out people with a little fire. I've had better treatment when purchasing a lawnmower, and to come away with this impression of a company that deals in luxury watches is perplexing. It's like going to buy a Mercedes-Benz and feeling like you stepped into a Kia dealership. There was nothing "luxury" about my experience/ Quite the opposite, it felt like I was working with a glorified pawn shop.

I purchased the watch about 5 years ago. I sent it in for warranty service. I receive a bill for $995. It needs service they said. We don't profit on service they said. I demanded my watch back. For days they sent me the bill despite having advised them that I wasn't going to pay it and to return my watch. Finally told me it would take weeks before I would have it back. Why would it take weeks? They still have my watch - an expensive Breitling. I had previously bought another Breitling from them. This one has a lifetime "worthless" warranty. I would never deal with them again. You get what you pay for!

These people were a total disappointment! They did not price match 2 vendors I provided and Susan stated they price match based on "value". BS after BS. I paid for my watch online through Amazon pay on their website then they refuse to send the watch because they require bank wires for amounts greater than $10,000. They do not want to pay American Express fees. Therefore there misrepresenting the price of the product. Customer service is of no concern to them. I will not do business with these people ever again

I regret having done business with this company.
I paid for what I thought what a reasonably priced new watch.
When it arrived it was not secured to it's pillow and a tag from the buckle prong was loose in the box.
It seemed to me, as I mentioned at the time, that it had been tried on previously.
Because of this I decided to return it.
I discussed my suspicion with Lauren at AuthenticWatches.Com who emphatically denied that my suspicion was correct. The watch still has it's original plastic sleeve protecting it's face.
After following all of the instructions for returning the watch and taking care that it was packaged much more securely than when it arrived, I sent it back to Authentic Watches.
Upon arrival at their facility I was informed that the watch was scratched and that they were keeping 20% of the purchase price.
As proof of injury they sent pictures of the current scratches (which I contend were created prior to my receiving the watch).
While I don't have proof of my innocence nor their guilt I am highly suspicious that the integrity of this establishment and those individuals representing it is in question.
Had I done my due diligence and checked online reviews I likely would not have done business with them.

Customer service was very friendly and eager to help with all my questions. No pressure at all. They helped me with a new band as well. I got my watch the very next day... brand new and perfect. Thank you!

Based on my experience the negative reviews are all true. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a new Omega DeVille watch. When I opened the package the watch was obviously used. No Omega outer box, no Omega paperwork, no Omega hang tag and no Omega protective stickers on crystal, back of case or buckle. Every new Omega I've ever purchased has all these. Not authenticwatches, they sent me a used watch with a piece of aftermarket wrap around the entire case. Plus, the case was scratched and the leather strap featured one hole much larger than the others, which was obviously the one used for wearing. I immediately called customer service and was told that they don't sell used watches. I returned it and then received an email that they were charging me $230 restocking fee (and taking it out of my refund) because they said they sent me a new watch and I returned it used! Unbelievable! When I appealed to them that I received it used, they responded - sorry but we sent you a new watch. Essentially calling me a liar. An incredible scam and a horrible experience. I am a watch collector and I buy and sell on eBay with a 100% satisfaction rating. I can be trusted to be honest. I ordered a watch and paid for it
They told me it was delayed in shipping and would be shipped after it came to their office for Inspection.
Finally, after 6 months waiting they said they shipped it the day I ordered it. I never received it! Beware!

The prices are at par or more than grey market! If you look at Rolex, Cartier, longines you will see

Gave them a 3k deposit. They said wait 3 months, they sent an email (went to junk mail) then they cancelled my order and refuse refund and raised the price. Called at the 3 month to the day. Rip off company.
