It is completely biased against estate agents and allows people to publish complaints that are;full of lies, career damaging, have no basis in fact, are sometimes not even industry related and is arranged in such a format that absolute fabrications always take precedence at The Top and any attempts at correction are pushed to The Bottem or deleted altogether.
Alternately, attempts to post favourable reviews are often deleted immediately or not allowed to have more favourable reviews attached.
It seems to very interested in pandering to the needs of malicious, pathological liars who pen poison with a total lack of compunction who are clearly out to cause damage and genuine complaints have to take 2nd place to such sensationalism. The writers peddle libellous garbage with impunuty and no fear of being held to account because there is no opportunity to have their emboidered lies actually checked and estate agents foolishly let 3rd parties(complaints depts who have no idea how malicious the so called complainants are) answer for them.
This website has published malicious unfounded garbage and it needs to really think about the damage it is causing.

Jay X. Allagents.co.uk has no reason to be biased against estate agents. About 50% of all reviews are actually positive. I can assure you that we check every single review and make sure defamatory content is never published. Only about a half of submitted reviews get through our screening process and are published on the website.
Obviously anyone can post a review even on this website - that's the nature of the Internet. We are working hard to detect reviews which are not genuine and I believe we are quite successful in it.
Please note we will not be publishing a positive review of our website here... that's a temptation some people can't resist. Am I right, Bobby? ;-)
henry a. Allagents.co.uk promotes transparency, and accuses any agent who doesn't agree to put its advertising banners on their home page of being "NOT TRANSPARENT" but does not practice transparency itself: *you* try getting a telephone number to contact them, or the names of its directors. It's a disgraceful attempt at blackmailing an industry. Disgraceful
