Ordered one of their products and waited a couple of weeks with no email communication. Called back to check status and they told me order was cancelled due to the fact that they had sold out and didn't expect any more for 6 weeks. They told me to call back in 6 weeks! Called back in 6 weeks and was told they still were not in stock, call back in a couple weeks. Called back in 2 weeks and was told they don't take phone orders, only over the web. WTF? Come to find out they are just a rip-off of a legitimate product called the AirCut.com, so I ordered from there instead and got a better product in two days.
