Dod not receive item and was given the wrong tracking number. A facking scam ill hex the owner, may they choke on some meat for all the fraud

I bought Jaguar Classic Black perfume for my boyfriend and he is just loving it! The merchant made sure that the perfume is well packed. They have an amazing collection perfumes listed.

Zabiva is a fraud company I placed a order with the on December 27,2019 and it is now January 19th 2020 and no product nor refund all I've been getting is a complete run around when I call their phone number. I warn anyone before ordering with this company please do your research you have been warned they will take your money and you will get nothing but a run around I wish this company nothing but bad luck because they deserve it!

Never received my order. They provided me fake tracking number when i contacted them. Their phone number is a not working number. They said oder is delivered to Amazon locker. Now I will talk to my credit card for chargeback.Please stay away from this website.

I felt bad bcos i depend myself in reviews here. I was thinking that i got scammed and called customer service and burst my anger b uh saying a lot of $#*! in customer service representative tho he still able to help me even telling me i wont help if u keep saying abusive words. Anyway, this is 100% legit.

Someone hacked my account and made a fraudulent purchase from Zabiva. I emailed within minutes of receiving a fraudulent order confirmation asking them to cancel and refund. The next day they ship the items anyway to the thief. They then have the audacity to email me TWICE from two different reps telling me if I return the items unopened they will refund me. How am I supposed to get items returned that were delivered to a thief? Should I contact the thief and ask them to pretty please ship the items back so I can get a refund?! Worst experience EVER! Avoid this company at all costs!

They advertised a product as a "flash sale", then shipped an inferior model at an inflated price. When I got a different product than I ordered, they want me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. They won't answer the phone.

I ordered a maybelline product from south australia and it was delivered within 3 weeks.having read some reviews i was skeptical of its arrival...However my correspondence was always answered and i was able to track my parcel.and it arrived safely and as described and pictured

I order the 3 package of 15 oz liv hair creams. I order two packages of three which i down loaded and video tape Zabiva liv hair cream product as I placed the order. Thinking that it was an excellent deal and would use the wesite in the future. They only sent me two 150z jars of cream cheating me out of four 15 oz jars. I called and email them over hundred times they never replied. I look the matter up with my bank showing proof of the order amount. The bank sided with Zabiva because they had proof of delivery which was not the correct amount. Never, never order from Zabiva because they are dishonest and thieves, they even changed their website where i bought the hair cream. Buyer be beware. When something look to good to be true it is not

I bought a 6-pack of eye make-up remover pads and they only sent me 1 pack. When I called them, they insisted I had purchased only 1! Only 1? For $25? The retail value of 1 pack is $5. I even sent them a google screenshot showing that their company was indeed selling a 6 PACK of the item for what I had paid. I waited while the guy opened the screenshot and he still refused to send me the rest of the packs. He said the only option was a partial refund with a restocking fee if I returned the product (and it would take an additional 48 hours to even process the request through their returns dept)! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love purchasing beauty products but I don't care HOW cheap their prices are. I will never purchase from this garbage website again!

I did not receive what I ordered. I tried to call several times, but received a busy signalI emailed and had no response. Do not order from this company. They are a scam.

This has been my best purchase from any website so far, even better than amazon, this website cares for customers and their needs, will definitely shop from them again.

I have never given an online company a bad review before. Sometimes an unfortunate manufacturing or shipping problem occurs, and I give the vendor the benefit of the doubt and simply do not issue a review. However, in the case of Zabiva, I would be doing a disservice to the shopping public if I failed to report my experience with this criminal company. The company failed to deliver the merchandise I had ordered. George, the Zabiva representative I dealt with by phone, said that, due to a "technical glitch," the company could not issue a refund. George had asked me to issue a voluntary charge-back request to my credit card company, after which he would issue a full refund directly to me. I complied with his request, because he had told me that a charge-back reflected poorly upon his company. Needless to say, the refund was never issued. I have no recourse, and I'm out $46.23. So december 18th I ordered a Snoopy mug online through Sear's marketplace company.Zabiva. I had never known Sears to go through another company. Anyway...this past saturday I recieved an email from Sears informing me that I recieved my package ON FRIDAY THE 24TH! Which is funny because friday was the 23rd. So the mail had the wrong date. It also stated the package was delivered on my front doorstep at 10pm at night...by FedEx. Both my husband I were home. None of our dogs barked. It was pitch dark up front since we NEVER use our front door. There is no light on up front. No sidewalk. So I don't know why they'd drop it off up front. Secondly...I called FedEx to inquire. I told them I had not recieved my package. That they either sent it to the wrong address or someone stole it. Well the FedEx rep said they'd do a 24-48hr investigation. That with the holidays it might take longer. Pft. He tried asking me if I checked my neighbor's house. Ha! Yea. Let's have me walk the neighborhood knocking on ppl's doors asking if they recieved my package...in the cold.the night before xmas. So then I messaged Zabiva on the Sears website. They sent me a message back but was vague. I tried going to my order status shortley after and it read as an error. Which I thought was weird. Until today. I recieved an email from Zabiva themselves stating that the originally tracking number was wrong. That there was "a gliche in thier system and it sent the wrong tracking number". Ha! Yea. Ok. The 33 years I've been alive I've never recieved a wrong tracking number. When you order something online automatically your item is attached with a numerical tracking number. So it's impossible. I called Zabiva. Spoke to a rep. He told me that they made a label today and is sending it out from Arizona. Wtf? I thought they were located in Texas? He tried telling me gliches do happen. Bullsh*t! They failed to mail the package. They either sent it to the wrong address or had not sent it at all yet. So to cover thier as*es they claimed the system was gliching. And they did not offer me a discount or my money back. Nothing. Just insured me it would be sent within 5 business days. That's it. Well the last time they insured me I never recieved it. I would suggest not going through Zabiva. Sorry. Bad experience. Bad customer service. And I'd add proof of purchase except I don't have my item!
