Uber Eats refunded 2/3 of an order that was the wrong items. The driver delivered 4 of 6 items that were not correct. I contacted Uber Eats and they refunded that part of the order. Thank you.

Ordered some breakfast for my family and I never got my delivery. The delivery said he left the food in our lobby. Which we had instructions to come to our door with a pin that I have to tell him to confirm that he deliver the order. Nope left it there by the time I got my kids ready the food was gone and so was he. Contacted support and they basically said sucks to be you. No refund. $#*! this company. Never using it again.

Consistent bad quality food delivered. 6 months now all orders placed through uber eats has been like trash put together and delivered... I've deleted my account and will not continue to use this provider. They allow restaurants to send out bad quality and undercooked food to paying customers... shame on you uber! Vet your providers and hold them to a higher standard when it comes to human food consumption

Had an issue with the website freezing up/crashing, which resulted in a double order and double charge to my credit card. Uber eats would not do anything other than offer a $25 credit towards future orders. So I am out a $121 extra. I would avoid using this company and try doordash Instead Uber Eats literally doesn't care about their customers.

Tip for consumers:
I tried emailing their corporate officers and reaching out through LinkedIn. Nobody would reply except the horrible customer service who does nothing

I gave the extra food away so it wouldn't go to waste.

Lost a regular customer over $11... There's so many other food delivery apps out there. So I guess I'll be trying some of those out instead. I included pictures showing the order time and cancel time.

Worst experience ever! I ordered, first time,i signed out as guest, an option available in their website.
My order came back with expired items. After hours on the phone i was told that there was nothing they can do, that they cant refund me because as a guest they didn't have my information. They emailed me, they charged my credit card, how can they say that they cannot access my information. If so, why that is not clarified in their website?
Be alert, this company doesn't care about it's customers.

None items expired clear information and conditions, why offer a guest option if this is that problematic?

The deliver driver did not speak English! He sat my food in a building next door took a picture and left! 50 dollars worth of food! My kids were hungry and unable to eat! Uber customer service refused to refund my money! And doesn't the driver need your code once he drops off the food!? He had no code because he me er came! The worst app ever it needs to be SHUT DOWN

This company does not have ANY Customer Service whatsoever! They will do all they can to NOT make your botched order, right! I've dealt with them on serval occasions, nobody calls you back and they ALWAYS claim that someone will within 48 hours...that's a lie! I am canceling my subscription immediately!

I think that it's a scam, they do not offer refunds despite claiming that they do!

Uber needs to stop sending promotions to guests if they won't be loyal as a company to the expiration dates.
According to customer service after trying to use this new guest 25 off promotion (everything was valid and before expiration) they said over the phone "This promotion was deactivated early" and did nothing to help me afterwards just quickly saying bye.
I received the promo code in an email 3 days ago.

I have not received the order. When I asked "Uber eats" online help they are saying this: "We reviewed this order and can confirm that it's not eligible for any refund or adjustment.Thank you for understanding."
What should I do now?
Uber eats is so arrogant and not taking care of customer satisfaction. I don't recomment Uber eats.

I've used Uber Eats twice in the last week and a half, both times I used them I had issues. Food arriving late and cold (I was told no refund for cold and late food). The time before that the restaurant was out of what I ordered and told me to cancel the order with Uber eats. I cancelled the order and Uber eats tried to charge me a $19.99 fee for cancellation. All of this was happening while I was hungry and wanting to eat, instead I was trying to get back the money Uber eats ripped off from me. Not a happy experience and I will never use Uber eats or Uber again.

Getting rid of the "add cooking notes" option is a $#*! show at it's finest. The pizza place I usually order from sometimes go $#*!ing berserk on the cheese and I'm unable to eat that much dairy in one sitting (it's not really the restaurant's fault to be fair). It's either that, or no cheese at all. Some restaraunts don't even allow you to remove toppings (I mean what if you're allergic).

Hicimos un pedido a Goiko. Cuando voy a comprobar el seguimiento del pedido me doy cuenta de que aparece como "pedido completado". El pedido no había llegado y nos quedamos sin comida y sin dinero. Reclamé y me dieron un crédito para futuras compras en la app. Les dije que no estaba interesado en el crédito, que quería el reembolso. Es muy difícil contactar con ellos y reclamar irregularidades como estas.

I live in Regina Saskatchewan and the drivers who work for Uber Eats are incompetent and I don't trust them at all! I ordered pizza with my last $25 dollars and not only did the idiot driver deliver my food to someone else, I have to wait up to 10 days for my refund. I sent an email to their customer support stating that the tip I paid was to be refunded as I was not tipping for incompetence! Everything about Uber Eats is a rip off. I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

I highly won't recommend and reconsider using this add there's frauds without reimbursement or refunded your money after cancelation from your orders on Uber Eats DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT IS USELESS PEOPLE! I highly recommend SKIP THE DISHES instead of these s.o.b's. From the way you'll be treated and steal your money without help to get your order in place.

Need to fire the people whom in charge of the uber eats supportive help line for customer service support since they lied and fraud artist refusing reimbursement

Uber Eats Sri Lanka has very poor horible customer service. They are robbing customer packages that were paid by customer but not delivered. They cancel the order by not giving a refund or allowing the customer to collect it later on wherever it has been kept. They are very irresponsible and no contact number even. Only system generated replies for the cases opened.

Horrible service, scamming company and drivers! The driver pretended to not to hear me over the phone, went to a completely different street and neighbourhood then completed with a charge. Uber eats, scammers as they are, won't refund the grocery shopping! I will never order with them again and I will tell anyone I can to stir clear of this fraudulent company!

Uber eats is a scam company that should be avoided at all costs!

I placed an order with McDonald's through Uber eats 1st march. The delivery driver was delayed. And on the tracking I kept seeing him driving around in circles, heading back towards McDonald's, and then driving down the sea front. One hour and 20 mins had passed. I then cancelled the order because the food would have been very cold, soggy, and not suitable for the microwave. Uber eats charged me a cancellation fee of £12.66. I of course contacted my bank (barclays) and received the money back into my account straight away. I then placed an order 26th march and again £12.66 was taken for the past cancellation fee, and my order was declined. I contacted my bank (tsb) who returned the money straight back into my account. Today 2nd April £12.66 was again taken from my bank account without me even placing an order. I messaged Uber eats who are just being complete MORONS. So I have now reported them for fraud. Because that is exactly what it is this time round. Be very careful of these corrupted THEIVES.

Uber driver drove down every street in my Apt complex except mine. My phone number was available but I can only guess the driver didn't know how to use a cell phone. Never use uber eats!

Purchase a Mcdonald with uber eat delivery.
The driver never arrived but marked it down as delivered.
Contacted the customer service a woman called Nicole answer she was rude would talk over us.she refused to let us speak to a manager.she also refused to give us an email or contact address that we could use to write to complaint too.because we were insisting on speaking to a manager she hung up we called again a d the same thing happened. This people driving for this company are thieves and the company is also run by a bunch of thieves.Happy to take your money but don't delivered.

I would never use Uber Eats. Roya, an Uber driver was disgruntled about me not giving her food from my restaurant because she didn't have a hot bag. I blocked her from my shop. So, she wrote a bogus review on Yelp. Uber does NOT care about the HOT food the driver just shoved in the backseat of their car, nor do they interview who they hire and they certainly don't care about your experience with the cold food they just delivered. Take third party delivery out of your equation. Order straight from the restaurant or pick it up yourself. Covid is over and they should be too considering their work ethic.

After ordering food from UberEats, it arrived late and cold.
When I complained through the App, it disconnected without explanation.
After a little research I found their unpublished "Customer Service" phone number (*******287, press 2, then 2 and then 3)
They have lied continuously to me promising me a call back is 1-2 days. That was over two weeks ago, and I have called back many times and had nearly identical conversations, with nearly identical promises. But, no response, no call back and no service.
The call center is in the Philippines and is basically a firewall to distance and avoid customers. Poorly trained and poor language skills.

This strictly applies to Uber Eats, Canada. I frequently order food to be delivered to my mother-in-law who is in a nursing home. You see, I live in Florida and she is in Canada. I've ordered from Uber Eats many times and have never had a problem. Until last Sunday, 2/11/23. Today is Tuesday, 2/13/23. I spoke with my MIL for the first time since that order 2 days ago. She told me she never got it. I reached it to UE for a resolution and was dismissed, was told that it was more than 48 hours after the fact and that they would do nothing to fix it because they have to follow their guidelines. I understand guidelines but I also understand customer service. I was sent texts and emails notifying me that my order was delivered yet it was not. This was only an order of $24 but the point is, they could easily give me a credit for that amount but they will not. Since there is only to option to chat with an agent, the agent abruptly ended the chat with me after saying that he can't help me. Uber Eats, you should be ashamed of yourself. Because of your driver, you have now lost a customer over $24 dollars. Shame on you.

They need customer service lessons.

Can't add to or charge your order even before it's allocated to a driver. They make their app purposely hard to navigate and impossible to cancel an order, even before allocated to a driver. Even though they add 10% to the items from Coles and then add their service fee and delivery fee depending on how much money you waste, I mean spend, with them. They are truly deceptively clever with the options they give to navigate the app. Aka they are really just c*nts pretending to be helpful. Hence them ripping everyone off.

This is the biggest scammers They will send you email with promos and there promos at check out wont work,
They charge to dodgy Service charges of 10 - 15$ on your 10$ order and give you 0$ free delivery where ordering from restaurants cost you - 5$ or less to get it delivered
They Hike up the prices on their apps dodgy scammers strategies which only work on kids.
I will add photoes of there scams as well
