I contacted The Tack Room by phone to arrange an even exchange for a shadbelly coat. The customer service person was outstanding! She confirmed that the store had the larger size to try and mailed it out very promptly, including a return label for whichever size we decided to return. The entire transaction could not have been easier or more pleasant. Thank you!
The first pair of boots we have gotten appear to be used. Your online shopping has been frustrating. When there was an error with the payment I entered it also emptied my shopping cart. First time I called I just got voicemail. This time when I entered an invalid promo code and then deleted all of my payment information that I had entered already and I had to go back and re-enter my payment information as well as my email and password. It has been frustrating.

I purchased 2 liners for jackets, but I had to return one of it. The items are great, but the liner makes the jacket so tight. I thought it will be free return as most of online purchases with return label… I sent the item back with ups yesterday. Thank you

There was a problem using Microsoft's Auto Pay to populate my credit card information. Had to go back, start the checkout process again, and enter the data manually.

The ariat dog blanket is a perfect fit. The quality is the same as any ariat jacket you would by for yourself. It add just the right amount of warm on a windy day and keeps your dog relatively clean if he decided to roll around. If they had other colors I'd by them all.
The staff at The Tack Room are always helpful and knowledgeable and provide the personal touch that is so rare today. I am confident that I can ask questions and get help from them about not only my order but also about the merchandise.

This shop created the name plates, attached them and shipped my collars within a day or so. I didn't expect them to come so fast so that was exciting! Also, I messed up my personalization and they thoughtfully called me to clarify what I wanted before engraving. They were very nice and I really appreciated the customer service. I will be ordering from this store again!

Easy to sort through their products and super easy checkout process. I was happy with the shipping and appreciated the emails letting me know where my package was. We got hit with a snow storm so packages got delayed and I received a email from UPS saying it would be there within the next business day. Shortly after I got an email from Tack Room Online asking if I received it. I appreciate them being on top of making sure packages arrive on time!

I ordered the card for my son to pick up at store. I DID NOT pay any shipping charges but the card was sent to me in Pennsylvania. I received it yesterday. Now I must turn it around and pay shipping to send it back down to Sumter S.C and it will not arrive in time for Christmas for my granddaughter. Not too happy about the entire transaction !!
