Neoweb Software

This is indeed a negative review. One of the things this site offers is an internet cleaning tool, for wiping out internet activity and such. Their product is called Internet Cleaner. I downloaded the trial version, liked what I saw, and purchased what was supposed to be the fully functional paid version. It did not work. Numerous attempts to enter my license key and open the paid version resulted in failure. Also, numerous attempts to contact this company and complain about this problem went unanswered, other than my first complaint, which was answered almost a full month after the fact. I sent them all the technical information they asked for. It has now been 2 months and still no reply. This is not acceptable. I even contacted the company that acts as their agent to handle their purchases (Share it), and explained the problem to them. They tried to pass the buck, but after applying some pressure, they contacted neosoftweb and asked them to respond to my complaint. Haven't heard a word from either of them in weeks. Neosoftweb, in my opinion, are ripoff artists, and I don't expect any attempt on their part to compensate me, or to set this thing right in any way. I would strongly advise the general public to avoid neosoftweb at all costs!
