The whole process of selling my old phones to them was extremely simple. They had good communication and even sent me a box and a free shipping label to make it even easier for me to send in my phones. I was paid faster than I thought. I'll be using SmartphonesPLUS again for sure!
Tip for consumers:
Its nice that they send you a box and a shipping label if you request it at checkout. They also have a lot of payment option besides check I think they offer cash payouts by paypal and venmo and maybe some others too.
Hand held thru the entire process. Super fast and simple; done in about 30 mins including everything that had to be done.
I sent in an iphone that I thought was in a lesser condition. It was a phone from an old employee and it had a broken camera screen cover the camera lens was fine. They emailed me and said they were going to pay me the flawless condition rate which was like $200 more. Since then I send every phone I get their way. And I recommend you do too.
Sent my two Samsung phones to them and received an email telling me that they were received and the dollars originally offered are good. This happened quickly. Had to wait a bit for the check but it came, so I was happy. The whole process was easy... everything done on line.
