I made a mistake got disconnected and within 48 hours I was reconnected with no phone calls. Thank goodness all it took was an Email thank you so much for the turnaround and I appreciate your help. I hope we are long term partners

I absolutely love this company! So easy to work with. Great customer service. I was able to get someone on the phone super fast with me after my case escalated from the company's help chat. I have been using their services for a year now and I don't see me stopping anytime soon. Very affordable and reliant. Thank you!

Came across this company through a google search, they offered a free trial, so I decided to try their service, it's GREAT! Their customer service is the best, they helped me solve any issues I had, quick and smooth without a hassle. I highly recommend their service!

There is no 7 day free trial. After confirming my telephone number and paying up front for one year I could not cancel. They kept my money and couldn't provide me the service I needed. Fraudulent crooks.

Great product, the setup provided by OfficeTree gives a professional impression of the company you are calling at, so when someone calls the line, they are prompt with a menu where they can chose from a 1, 2, 3 options. They offer an on hold music and the voice that speaks is very clear and professional.
You can also choose your own phone number which is great if you are looking to add letters to your line (ex. 1 800 123-BEST), etc...

You may start with an initial plan if your company is still small but they have a Pro Plan that adds professional features and unlimited minutes which is great.

This company charged me $49.98 for what I was told was a free phone number. They advertised that the phone number was free then charged me for the service. Gerry in customer service will surely gaslight you and refuse to close your account when you refute the charges. He made himself sound "helpful' and said that it was a waste if he closed it now, as it was paid for 2 months, but to let him know if I really wanted it closed and he would 'force close' it. Companies like this rely on you not taking the time to attend to it a second time, which is exactly what happened. Then, he told me they would only give me half of my money back and it's been over a month and this has not happened. I was contacted by another employee and told that if I take my review down, they would give me my money back.
Though they have since removed this from their site (after my review), the theme of FREE ran through their whole website... but it's just not real.

Turns out, they did offer a free phone number, but not a free service for it. They ran one of those 'this offer is valid for x amount of time' timers to rush you through the process and to not have time to really read everything. Yes, I should have known better, but 7am and half asleep, I fell for it.
I see they have since changed their false advertising but are still bullies and intentionally unclear and deceptive and aggressively threatening to their customers. For example, when they charged me the $49.98, I was told it was for 2 months worth of service upfront. When they say "4 month minimum" or "2 month minimum", be aware that they will charge you in bulk for these months before you even use the service (which I never did). Also, in their contract, they illegally (according to the FTC at https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/consumer-review-fairness-act-what-businesses-need-know) have threats to charge you daily (which they are currently emailing me about) if you write a negative review about them.
Take my advice and run, don't walk when you see www.officetree.com!
The company might not be well known, but after having dealt with the operations team, I've been utterly impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness and promptness of customer service, and cooperative attitude. On top of that, I haven't come across a VOIP company that offers rates as competitive as theirs. Big thumbs up and keep up the great work!

Money wasted. I paid for a number. Got the number printed on shirts, signs, car magnets, and more. Officetree disconnect my service and told me to leave them a good review on site jabber in order for them to restore my number. As instructed, I left a good review. It has been months since I have had the service and I have not been able to use it even though I paid for the entire year. There are much better options out there. I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I do not like to be bribed or lied to.
This is a great example of how facts can be distorted. Stellar Clean didn't pay for our service and their number got disconnected. Our incredible service team nonetheless worked through a weekend to recover it after they finally paid -- free of charge. Our team went beyond the call of duty, even when the issue was caused by the customer's nonpayment. Want 'best in class' service? Look no further.
Officetree never provided terms and pricing records when I first signed up for the service, and then made unauthorized charge. When I requested the invoice and original pricing terms, they didn't provide them. The site is a scam.
That's like saying you can't find your glasses while wearing them, but hey, it can happen to the best of us! Our pricing and terms are in plain view on our website and confirmed at checkout, just like shopping on Amazon. Invoices? They're ready for download in the customer portal. Thousands of businesses have loved our low pricing and great service so please call us and we'll give you some free service time to help you further.
The set up process was super easy! Unfortunately my bank rejected the first payment so my account was closed. Thankfully officetree was able to help recover the number I originally signed up with and made everything right even though the error was on my end! Very happy with the customer service rep who was helping me way after normal business hours.

I've been a customer for two years, never really had to use the phone because my business haven't taken off yet. Well my business is two years old now it's time to apply for funding but everytime I call my number to make sure it's working it's not working. No one ever answers the phone you have to email them. I emailed them the problem they are telling me it's fixed but everytime I call my phone it's not ringing it goes to voicemail. I put in for a transfer. It's been two months and office tree will not release my number. I can't wait any longer so I am forced to get a new number. Now I have to go through the trouble of updating my new number. Don't get a business line through them the service is horrible and you can't talk to a physical person. It's important that companies be able to verify you. With my number not working I can't get verified. Didn't want to write a bad review but they want release my number and I am mad about that.This company do not care about its customers just your money. To office tree do better!

Company Falsy Advertises a 7 day Free Trial of their products on their website. Signed up for Trial and they billed me in Full immediatelly for the month. Found many fraud reviews about this company. Company billed me 1 minute after I signed up for the trial because they requested my card online to get the free trial. Company refused to refund me and then started playing email games with me. Ownership uses false advertising to attract users to sign up. Many complaints from others posted all over the internet. Avoid like the plague!
Update 05/29/2024 - Officetree just contacted me by phone and threatened to sue me for my honesty in my reviews post, which in California is intimidation in business and will be reported.
Update 05/29/2024 - Office Tree called me 3 times now to threaten me. Wow, this place rears the ugly head of business.

FACTS: This reviewer provides psychic readings and her review speaks more to her than it does to us. She saw an offer on a different web page for a free version of a completely different service (a software service) we offered and used that to demand free telephone service. We have never in our history provided free phone service. We incur costs on the phone network and our thousands of happy telephone service customers understand that we are a business which charges for our phone service. One must question why she typed in her credit card if she expected everything for free? Her story doesn't add up. We nonetheless offered her a full refund but she declined. Sometimes people -- like this "psychic" -- believe they see things that just aren't there. This is one of those times. She even wrote in her review that she was "half asleep" (when signing up). Our honest customers know you can't just find one little thing for free on a completely different page of a website and then expect everything else from the company to be free, too. It seems psychics live in a parallel universe where reality and treating people fairly is unimportant.
