Be smart and be aware of this company. It all looks fabulous until you get your items and they don't fit and you want to return them. There's no phone number to call and they do not respond quickly to any email messages. When they do respond, they want brutal descriptions of what doesn't work and antagonize you about what they're going to give you for any refund at all. After you have exhausted yourself with multiple days of emailing back-and-forth, they will offer you a fraction of the value of the items that you want to return And when you don't accept it, they'll carry on even more. Simply stay away from this company and patronize someone who actually has customer service and a return policy!

I should've chosen both swim tops with clasp at the back. It helps to get the perfect fit.

Great looking product, easy to maneuver around website, love that Size Chart is included with more Specific sizing info provided especially for heavier weight gals! I received both suits and I'm totally in love with both! The quality is Outstanding and I am Incredibly impressed and Happy with my purchase ~ Thank You

I was trying to locate my shipping Tracking number. It was quickly provided.

After reading some reviews on trust pilot after I'd already purchased I was really worried but my order turned up and the quality was great! The items I got were lovely. I ordered a swimsuit and a two piece! I'm a UK size 16 and ordered an XL and both were a perfect fit! I'm 6ft tall and found just enough length in the swim suit which is amazing! Will definitely order again!

Ordered 3 suits all were cheaply made, padding in the chest was horrible. Tried to return and had to go back and forth to which they then stopped responding when I would not accept 30% of my purchase if I kept them. Donated and would never recommend. Buyer beware.

I have been trying to return a swimsuit that didn't fit my daughter and have been getting the run around. Meet.curve gives you 15 days to return the time after receiving it and they waste the majority of them not answering your emails for the return request details or trying to get you to take a credit for their site that isn't even a third of what you spent on the item.

I wanted to return part of my order and asked for an address or return label. I had to demand a response 5 times before I received an address but no return label. I was told that I now I had to pay extra for a tracking label as their "shipping dept" can't read addresses on packages received without a tracking number. What they mean is that unless you can prove something was sent, they keep your money and the product. This company has been reported to the BetterBusinessBureau and the FBI and is being tracked as an internet scam.

My order arrived and I was not happy with the quality.I am still waiting to receive address and authorization number where to return and it is taking too long this company to understand that I want my full amount to be returned and not partial that was offered me twice.Please be loyal and respectful with your customers.So please send me finally an address and authorization number to return your item so I can receive my money back.

My swim suits do not fit they are way too short and the customer service rep is bargains with me about getting a refund. Thinks like… keep all suits and give to your friends and I'll give you 30$ back. My bill is 135 usd. Next time she messaged back it's another bargain, keep the suits and I'll give you 50$ back!
How bout I send them all back and you give me ALl My Money back! I'm so disappointed!

Terrible! Don’t buy from them unless you want to piss your money away!

When held up fairly obvious unlikely to fit as body length very short. Pulled on without enthusiasm, good thick material but flattened boobs to chest, my size 12 daughter tried it on, the bust fit her! The rest obviously too large. Then came to attempt return. After scrolling through three emails worth of small print found minute returns link. Returns only possible for 15 days and you have to email to get permission then pay return fee. Although orfered from UK company ( according to site) came from China...not holding my breath on permission to return and postage price!

Although they seem to have lots of different options and quality isn't too bad, their sizes run large and will leave your breast looking like they have given up all hope. I asked for a full return, which is within my right according to their return policy. You have 15 days from when the items were delivered for a full return. I emailed them the day I received the items. I didn't get an email from them till two days later and they offered everything but a full return (Please see attached photo) What am I suppose to do with bathing suits that don't fit?

I received my order which didn't fit, I was then expected to pay £19.99 to return the item! Even though I ordered my usual size but was far too small! This is a company who are supposed to specialise in clothes for the curvier woman! When I questioned customer services over this, they said the best they could do was to refund me £10 and give me a £5 voucher for me to keep the item!

I've been eyeing the suites on the website for ages and finally took the plunge. These did NOT disappoint. They've got a good amount of support without being too tight and there's no underwire!

So disappointed. The fabric was cheap and thin. I'm still ea6 for a refund on an item that was out of stock. Won't order from this company again.

I ordered £100 worth of costumes which didn't fit. Trying to return them has been an joke! Sent several emails and when you finally get a reply it's a blank email! Then they've told me shipping is too expensive to the USA and I could get £30 back and keep the costumes (which are no good too me!). The responses are quite vague and it really doesn't feel like the person behind the emus knows what they're talking about! Might be a different experience in the USA but avoid if you want to return for the uk!

As a plus sized woman it is very frustrating to find well fitting swimsuits. These are comfortable, cute, and flattering! Could only be made better by a "long" option, for tall gals such as myself. 9/10 on all 4 suits that I purchased.

Love the selection love the swimsuits I received. One top was too small but not by much decided to keep both. Will definitely order again!

Didn’t like that I need to send photos. I’m always on the go & wasn’t going to be home for a week to take photos of suit.

I received my order and did not like the fit. I wanted to return them, but the return process is terrible. I sent $100ish on three bathing suits and they offered me $26 back and a $5 credit to just keep the suits. They don't want you to return them and they don't want to give you a refund. 3 day conversation to return the suits and they have not given me a return label. Also, you have to pay for the return label. That wouldn't be a big deal if I can get my $100 back.

Received my items, they were as described and brand new of good quality.
I did not initially receive a tracking number so after a few weeks, emailed in asking for an update on my order. They replied with my tracking number within 48 hours, and that number showed that my posty just hadn't left a card, and it was at my local post office. Collected and worn that weekend. Comfortable and very fit for use

No return allowed, contrary to what's written on the website. It's a partial adress (Queens, NY, nothing more).
I paid 241€, wanted to return for 101€ of products, and was only offered 48€ for a refund (at first it was 25€).
It's half a scam, with false informations.

Got multiple responses in different languages (french and german).
They only offered 48€ when I wanted to send back for 101€ of products.
No adress to return the products (only a partial one, Queens, NY, nothing more).
I'm still waiting for those 48€, i hope i will see them.

I bought this for my daughter after having difficulty finding an adequate swimsuit in-store at a reasonable price. While my daughter's frame is small, her bust is not, and finding what is age appropriate is not always an easy task. She also has sensory issues which make certain materials triggering for her. She was excited after trying it on to find how comfortable it was.

When I finally received my order which was over £100 worth, the products were shocking quality. I requested a refund authorisation which took days to come, and even then the return address was just a town and ZIP code in the States, making it impossible to return at my own cost. In the same email they offered me a £30 refund in lieu of returning the items but also welcomed my 'suggestions or ideas'. I went back asking for a £60 refund which they have said they will process but now I have that email I can raise a dispute through PayPal for a refund a very much doubt I'll get. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered as per my measurements even though that's not the size I normally wear. Everything was HUGE. I asked to start a return and was told they'd offer me $66 (on a $300 order) and keep the product. I said no, I want to return everything for a refund. I was then offered $120 refund and keep the product. Again, no, why would I want to keep product that doesn't fit. Finally after asking 4 times they gave me the return address. It should not be that hard to return product.

I dont want to have 4 email exchanges asking to return stuff before I fi ally get the return address. It doesn't need to be this hard. I want a refund, give me a refund.
