I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.

Ordered 3 canvases on November 23rd the first two showed up separately and the last never showed at all. I upgraded to the so called VIP experience and was told the company was "committed" to delivering all products ordered before December 8th. I even messaged the owner on Linked In which fell on deaf ears
I had to contact customer service several times to get the order right but overall the product is exactly as advertised.

Placed order July 22 got email that said package would arrive Aug 3 then when I called was told would get a response when package was found now order has disappeared from fed ex website and no email.

Ordered three weeks out and promised delivery by Christmas. I explained that I was at a military base overseas and was still guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It did not make it. If you promise something you have to deliver. It's just good business.

I received someone elses order and my order has still not shipped 21 days after calling about receiving the wrong item.

Just thought I'd drop you a note to let you know your policies and LACK OF customer service make it certain that I, and anyone I associate with, will not be purchasing any additional items from your company!
QUICK explanation... I purchased an item a couple of weeks ago at a 10% discount. Prior to its being shipped i started receiving offers of 25% off site wide. I attempted, unsuccessfully, to speak with someone in an effort to get what most successful retailers refer to as "BENEFIT OF SALE". After leaving a few voice-mail, today I finally got through to a representative and even though I have yet to receive my order, I was told only one discount applies and a refund/credit for the difference would be impossible to offer.
As a rule, when a company is more concerned with making a few extra dollars as opposed to providing an outstanding customer experience... that company can no longer earn my business.

Made an order. They didn't send the frame that I paid for. They realized that then said we would send the frame to you and you install it. Over a month later and still received nothing, highly unprofessional and don't recommend!
