The representative immediately replied to my email with the part number and price. I placed the order and received my part a few days later very very well, wrapped and packaged so that it could not be damaged. Very happy with the customer service department.
I purchased an order and was received damaged. We contacted them and said they would put a claim in and have yet to respond or reply to any of my emails or phone calls. After many attempts, I have not been reached out to or have been helped. Be careful when purchasing items from companies like these as you may get stuck with a damaged tool like me

Easy to order. Shipping tracking was a plus. I have been in the accounting and tax preparation business for 43 years. Using plastic folders keeps paper documents safe. I just wish that you also stocked blue legal size plastic folders.
They are a little slow in shipping, but I assume that once the order hits the warehouse, it is shipped quickly. Customer service is very good. They are very polite and professional.

I am so pleased with my order. This cart is well made and durable. Rather than storing blue prints I am using this to store my fly fishing rod tubes. I have 35 rods and room for 15 more :)
My husband purchased a product from here in May, due to the coronavirus shipping was delayed so my husband cancelled the order and made the purchase elsewhere. They still have not reimbursed his money, they say they have but they haven't and refuse to reimburse him. This was a high dollar item, they totally screwed us over. I would never recommend this place. I'm contacting a lawyer about the situation. Engineering Supply sucks!

I'm looking for a quality field book that won't fall apart the first couple of days its in use. I've had good luck with the Bogside books in the past. I'm hoping these are what I'm expecting. My local survey supply house no longer carries them and I'm not please with the book they are currently carrying.

Hultafors folding rulers are probably the best available today. The price to ship it was insanely high. Almost as much as the tool itself. Shipping not withstanding, the customer experience and product were excellent.
Searched internet for source for basic survey set. After retiring and selling my construction company, I no longer had easy access for the few layout projects I am involved with that require non certified data.
Engineer Supply had a good selection with attractive package pricing. Delivery quick and excellent customer support.
Not a lot to say. I visited the site, ordered, paid and received the products. I do not like the constant pressure in the review software to write a certain amount of words so it gets published. I prefer to work with suppliers that do not worry more about the number of words in a survey "to make a good impression" versus the actual experience by the customer or the performance of the supplier. Started at a four but went to a two due to the survey process.
Tip for consumers:
I think the survey process is terrible and takes an unbelievable amount of time to get to a valuable answer. My rating was much higher until I started the survey review process.

The delay in refund was an administrative mistake that unfortunately occurred during a change in the company's credit card processor service. The sales department did issue a refund upon cancellation, but the customer's account was not credited. A check refund subsequently was issued along with an apology. Again we apologize for the situation and the delay in full refund.
