BentzelInsurance

I have been a client of Bentzel Agency for close to 10 years. Most recently I emailed the agency for help on a letter I received from Eerie insurance. Bentzel Agency never called me directly, never reviewed the letter with me, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if someone could please explain the letter to me and I was told they "have nothing additional to advise and if I am unsatisfied with their response I can call an 800 number for Eerie insurance direct". I have never felt so unimportant as a client in my life or been treated so rudely by a company who is making a commission off of my insurance premiums (which I pay faithfully). I would recommend finding another agency for your needs in PA because Bentzel surely is not concerned with their clients and are very lacking in the human touch that we all deserve as paying clients.
