I ordered a backpack for my son for Christmas. By February it had fallen apart at the straps. I sent an email and I paid $48 and change already for this backpack and they wanted me to pay another $12 to ship another one. Do yourself a favor and buy from a better company. This company has horrible customer service and poor quality expensive products. I will never buy from them again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from this company. They sell expensive junk with no customer service when their junk falls apart after minimal use.

I ordered a Slytherin Jacket, the images on the website had not shown a close up of the front patch emblem. The back of the jacket says Slytherin, however the front patch says 'Biyyherind'. I contacted customer support to inform them of a mistake in the print. The response I got was "Sorry. That's the correct design, not Slytherin. We have sold a lot."
I don't feel confident that I will get a refund successfully so now I'm trying to hunt down an appropriately sized new patch I can sew on to cover it up. Very disappointed.
I ordered this backpack for my daughter for her first day of school which was 8/10 and it's not even a month yet and her backpack is already tore up! The letters have come off and the strap is broken. This is terrible!

Bought a kobe USB charge backbag on March 2, It's good quality, my son really love it, it arrive more earlier than expected, selected the free shiping, which suppose to be delivered over a month, actually only took 14 days. And the customer service is excellent, thanks.
Paid express shipping and I'm still waiting for it to arrive have email the company and still waiting on a reply
