Because they are not focused on the customer-they are focused on their own greed of making profits off their freelancers. I read that freelancers can buy reviews and that is what mine did.
A: They are not interested in answering queries and questions = the best way of getting a message across to the Wally that runs the site is to get involved in one of their Webinars = that by the way, is the only reason anyone would want to take part in them!
