I actually just went through this And when it hit 30 days they sent my problem to higher management and my stuff was there in like 3 days I never seen one of my orders move that quickly I never have issues that these questions below are saying I've always gotten all my orders and all pretty quick actually except one and especially if I ordered domestic here in USA it's like 5 days and it all depends on company they have 5 business days to ship but they sa all this when you place order I never had any issues but you submit a ticket they respond and tell u what's happening I've had nothing but good dealings with napsgear and the products are great I've tried multiple other sites they don't compare there more expensive don't run crazy promos everyweek and give chances to earn rewards money and loyalty heybinlove naps that's where all my business goes
