Hello - I'm reading a lot of mixed reviews on here - there seems to be issues with the sizes, delivery and quality. What is your returns policy for unsuitable items?

Don't order anything: incorrect sizing, poor quality, and no paperwork for returns

Don't even bother to order then you won't need to return from what I understand thats a useless process as well. Just stay clear

The good reviews are largely fake. You have to return the products to China. They tried to scam more money from me. Heed the warnings and dont deal with them

I can tell you what my experience was with returns. Since the company is based in China, you can't really get ahold of anyone by phone. You can go to the website and read the returns policy. It says to returns the items, email them the tracking number and then when they receive your package they will credit you back. With my experience, it took about 3 weeks to get my shipment, I ordered everything a size bigger than I wear and they came in 3 sizes smaller than I wear but labeled as the size I ordered. I ordered 2 shirts for a total of $29.93. I packaged them up with a label, took them to the post office to return them, the PO clerk told me it would cost me $27 to return them. Jolly Chic doesn't pay the postage to return the items, so I opted not to spend the additional money on postage for the return not knowing if I would ever get my $29.93 back and the difference was only $2. It is ridiculous that they are labeling a medium shirt as a 3XL.

When they sent the wrong shoe size, they told me to get an insert! Then once i work a bad review that got tens of thousands of views, THEY contracted me n said they'd give me My money back if i deleted the review. Needless to say, once i finally got my money back, I did NOT erase the review. The positive reviews are fakes, sense hire long and detailed they are? Nobody writes reviews like that. STEAR CLEAR!

The positive reviews are from their English speaking employees. This is a Chinese site that ripped me off several times.

Child sizes- definitely not for Western frames. They know this but it really is "buyer beware"! Exorbitant returns to China although they purport to have a Manchester office! They are experienced and would appear to be perhaps fraudulent. Advertising Standards don't help and neither do PayPal. Steer very clear! I wish everyone could afford to dump their seemingly inferior clothes at the Manchester office so they get the message and Brits are not to be taken advantage of! Oh and Facebook don't want to know either!

I was not happy with the quality of the items I ordered. Ordered 2 items for my grandaughters wedding unable to wear as sizes are not what they state. Offered me less monies then what I pd as didnt want to send back to china as shipped cost was terrible. I just kept the merchandise but not knowing what to do with it but couldnt afford to send back and what they offered me in exchange I would have had to buy more items to get the little amount they offered; No way again.

I am happy with Jollychik, what I ordered was specially nice, when I needed help I used the chat and got quick answers. The prices are great. Sizes are relatively small, If you are not sure about the size, order a bigger one.

I ordered from jollychic only once... But all the clothes i ordered was perfect size and i was really blown away from the very good quality.
One thing that really bother me about them is that the delivery can take forever! It's the worst

I can understand your confusion, since the answers are on both ends of the spectrum. In my experience, I have been very satisfied with all the garments I have purchased. It is imperative, however, that you order according to your measurements, rather than the size you usually wear. The clothing manufacturers are sizing according to a very diminutive Asian population and not the average-sized American woman. As I've said before, it's necessary to put your ego aside and order a 3X or 5X, if necessary; keep in mind your particular figure flaws and whether the design will be flattering on you. The workmanship is satisfactory, and the fabrics launder well if attention is paid to instructions, such as "hand wash, hang dry, warm iron," etc. Returning a garment can be a hassle, so order carefully, and you'll probably be as happy with your purchases as I have been. I have placed about ten orders and have never had more compliments since I've been wearing these styles.

I had a wrong item size delivered last time. I contacted support via chat. Sent some photos to comfirm wrong size. They asked me if I wanted a 15 USD voucher for my next order. I accepted. (The price of my item was 9 USD)
