So because Jilly Juice is considered a supplement the FDA cannot do anything. For more info on the FDA and supplements look you John Oliver from "Last Week Tonight", he did an excellent piece on this subject

On the first year she started to sell this product her costumers where about to be her proof. She is testing it out on them to see the side affects and how they didn't die. And someone did.

To! Y understanding her juice was brought to their attention. For whatever reason, the FDA ignores it, for now. However Jillian is now under investigation by the Ohio Attorney General's office. Since getting this letter Jillian has to substantiate (her new favorite word) her claims. Only after she made the claims did she do research. She cherry picks things from different sites and articles she thinks proves her claims. It's clear she has no grasp of understanding of science. She's used Google, PubMed, Wiki and Yahoo answers in her research. She told the ST she believes if you have a positive RH factor you have rhesus monkey blood. Hopefully Jillian out the final nail in her coffin.
