I am ovo-lactic vegetarian, would I be able to use this?

Hello

Yes, of course, we've had great results from vegetarians.

Instead of meat or fish, eat soy-based proteins such as tofu. There's also the use of whey protein and plenty of legumes. You will be able to complete the diet fine if you do this.
