Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from EventTicketsCenter staff and previous consumers.
No, it would not appear to be, based on my experiences with them. I regret not doing better due diligence before buying through them. My next stop will be my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are no guaranteed, I bought $132 tickets + fee + delivery and I got same day at the theater office tickets $59 and no delivery, at this time, almost 1 month later, I have not money back
Yes, at the end they sent an email saying I have to pickup tickets at the theater office one hour before the concert, I got a completely different place I bought and I paid $332 for a $120 tickets.
I recently purchased tickets that were around this value. I paid $63.36 for each ticket in service fees, plus another $9.95 for delivery (even though the tickets were transferred digitally). I also paid $16.27 in extra insurance for each ticket. Total fees were $169.21 for two tickets.
Go to a fed ex or ups store, that's what i had to do, but didn't like the fact that i had to pay to use their computers
This has been a problem before on this site. The listings are put up by the company's resellers. Event Tickets Center is not the dealer (they don't actually have the tickets themselves), but instead are just a broker, matching buyers and sellers. The identity of the sellers is hidden, but those sellers are able to create listings. There have been a few documented instances of events being listed before the tickets are available or even of events being listed that didn't actually exist. Event Tickets Center will ensure you get genuine (not counterfeit) tickets, but they will not guarantee your satisfaction with the purchase. It is entirely possible you could purchase tickets that are three times face value from this site, even when those same tickets are readily available from the primary source, like Ticket Master. Be careful.
Event Tickets Center will guarantee you get genuine (not counterfeit) tickets before the event. It appears they are living up to this basic guarantee, although there have been reports of delivery cutting very close to the date of the event (like the day before). Remember Event Tickets Center is simply a broker and does not actually have the tickets. They are depending on their resellers to deliver the tickets as promised. Some resellers are apparently more prompt than others. And yes, you will pay quite handsomely for this service, often several multiples of the ticket's face value.
Hi Danny. The estimated delivery date is an estimation. These can vary greatly between venue and venue or the transfer platform like Ticketmaster.
