I reported them to the BBB, FTC and the IC3. Upon informing them of this they immediately responded within the hour. I would highly suggest you do the same if you would like to receive a refund for your purchase.

I ordered a Book from this company on the 15th of November and still do not have it or expect to ever receive the book. They took my money just as soon as I ordered the book. I had ordered the book " It is Well with My Soul.", A Christmas gift for my Wife. It is her fsvorite Song.

I ordered 10 DVD's back in the beginning of October for Christmas presents. Needless to say, never received the DVD's but was debited that day from my account for over $100. I would be glad to order them elsewhere but want my $100+ back. This makes me so sad because the testimony of Christianity is at stake here.
