Item was listed in good condition mentioned that it came with the CD but did not include the CD. Customer service took 5-7 days to respond and still failed to answer my question after I asked and readied. Shipping was very slow. Will never be purchasing from them again. I'll stick with ThriftBooks which is an amazing website for used books!
