I bought a dress from here for a highschool formal and I was extremely happy with it. The dress was a perfect match to the photo, it fit very well and shipping was reasonably quick (about 2 weeks). Only problem I had was due to the material it snagged a little by the end of the night but overall, the dress was an amazing price for its quality and it I would 100% recommend this website to others looking for a beautiful dress for special occasions.

I was unsure if purchasing my daughter's prom dress online, but I have nothing but good things to say about this dress! She was complimented all night and look absolutely gorgeous. The customer service was great and the dress fit perfectly. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Make sure to give it time to arrive, it took about 3 weeks to receive it, but it was made to her measurements, so I expected it to take some time.

Our experience was positive and this dress has exceeded my expectations! Beautiful fabric- huge full skirt and after giving our measurements it was made to perfection. I also liked that we got updates about the dress being in production, passing quality assurance and then bring in transit. Coming from overseas to Canada I was skeptical but it only took about four weeks from production to delivery. Our dress was custom sized and we even had the back altered to a corset instead of zipper with no additional charge. So happy!

We loved everything about this dress! We did custom measurements and the dress fit perfectly! Shipping time was well stated and it delivered during the time it was quoted! The customer service was nice and responded quickly! We purchased the dress for my daughter's 8th grade formal. She got so many compliments and I thought it was very tasteful for her age. The communication was great and the dress was received on time and above expectations. It is a very well made, good quality dress! Super stunning! My daughter had so many compliments!

We were a bit nervous ordering from an online store for my daughters senior prom, but the dress she wanted was over $800 at a bridal store, and after alterations, would be over $1000…she found one similar, but better on Stacees site, for under $300, so we took the chance. And man, it is perfect! So many details, and just gorgeous and of such quality. Even the flowers are each hand sewn on! We did have to have it slightly altered, and even the lady doing the alterations said what a high quality gown! And saved us SO much! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Truly! I read some of the negative reviews, and glad we didn't listen!

Was very skeptical in ordering this dress, but glad I did for my granddaughter! I wished she would have ordered it to her size even though the size she got fits her, it's long! But she loves the length. If you are on the fence about ordering from them, you won't regret it! The dress is well made and looks like the picture.

The dress came on time and I gave them the correct measurements, but unfortunately it was a little too big. The customer service was amazing though. I got the dress for my sophomore prom and thankfully I have two more proms that will hopefully go well and I will be ordering again from this website. :)

I was highly pleased with their service. I entered the wrong address because I had just moved back in Dec. 2023 so they changed the address and I got my step daughter dress in time for her Senior prom. I was EXTREMELY skeptical when my daughter asked to order from this site. I figured the dress wasn't that expensive and I told her she would have to wear it no matter what. Well... that dressed arrived and blew me away! It was a very high quality garment. Absolutely stunning. We chose not to do the alterations as my daughter is a competitive swimmer with a tough body to fit, so I cannot speak to that part. I can tell you that her dress was a show stopper!

I was hesitant about ordering a prom dress online for my daughter especially since I had to custom order her size. It came in and it was absolutely beautiful and fit her perfectly. I would definitely recommend ordering from Stacees. The only thing the colour is not as dark as my daughter thought it would be(she ordered burgundy), that being said she still really love the dress.

I would never purchase from this company again. Our dress came with a piece that shouldn't have beelined attached causing it to lay funny. I had to pay a professional almost as much as the dress to fix it. They don't reply back in customer service but every 2-3 days and send you in circle. They claim they are very which isnt a good excuse. If this is how dresses come then I'm sure they do have a lot of complaints. You can't talk with anyone.
