The photo was to be of my daughter & granddaughter in the forefont of the pic, with my deceased husband in faded black & white (small photo in background and above their heads...what i got was a huge pic of my husband & tiny pic of he girls in background! The canvas was torn! The frame broken! It shipped in a manila envelope with NO protection from shipping! I can not get ANYONE to respond to my emails that have pics of the damages clearly attached...Be a good place to start a business. I will somehow get my money back If i have to pay an attorney to get it! That may cost me for than the almost $60 I paid for the torn photo, but it will be well worth it after the hurt & embarrassment of my daughters gift...it's just sad.
