Over several months ago, after I received a late fee, I called to complain that I never received a card or correspondence with my account number so I could set up autopay. The rep said he would send me what I needed but would set up the autopay for me. Well, I never received anything and the autopay was only set up for 3 months! So, I called AGAIN, and there was another late fee!+ I tried to explain this different circumstance but the rep just kept going on about I already received my time allowed to take off late fee! I paid it off, closed the account, and will never shop Overstock again!

On each hotel offer web page, we list the “Resort Preview Rate” as well as the Terms & Conditions for the discounted price.
