If your package gets lost, do not expect any help from this company. I called twice and set on hold for 10 to 15 mins at which point, their phone hung up on me. I emailed them as well and have yet to receive a response. All I ask was that they submit a claim with USPS. I had to file my own claim for their merchandise. I will not do business with them again.
Tip for consumers: They had insurance on the package, so I don't understand what the reasoning is for why they do not respond. I received 3 pkgs that day 11/30 from Amazon and USPS didn't mark them received. Then this pkg they marked received but it wasn't there.
