While searching for my husband's birthday gift, I came across your site and found what appeared to be just the right item. Having questions about product details, I contacted customer service and was fortunate enough to reach Dan. He was knowledgeable and informative. Afterward, rather than sending me back to the site for order placement, he offered to complete it himself.
We have yet to receive the order and if it is anywhere near the level of service received, I'll be thrilled.
