This company kept changing our delivery date for our first every box of meals (about 16 of them) and then found a delivery date which, to our surprise when we finally opened the box, was on the "consume by" date on the meal packages. We tasted two of them since they arrived on the date of doom and then had to toss the rest. Their error made us have to wait to decide whether we wanted to continue the service, but in the mean time they sent out a second box JUST BEFORE we got the first one. We do not want this service now, but they will refund only the first box even though their errors caused all these delays and a loss of our money on the second box. They are rigid about customer "care." They do NOT care about their customers. Don't give them a penny.

Tip for consumers:
Just avoid Snap Kitchen.

We were new customers. We ordered about 16 of their meals, all of which arrived together on the "consume by" date. We tried two of them on the delivery/consume by date and had to toss the rest. When we reported this, the stingy company only refunded the spoiled food, but because the box had come to us SO late, we didn't have time to decide whether to continue to receive deliveries of the meals. They sent the second box BEFORE we actually received the first one. They refuse to refund that second box. Bad customer "care." Very inflexible and heartless and without genuine care for customers' experiences.
