I had a bad experience with customer service but then rectified the situation.

I am changing my review to three stars because a socksaddict rep got back to me. She apologized and gave me free shipping. Here is the original review:

I emailed the company to ask them what had happened to my return. Socksaddict let me know that the larger size that I had requested as part of my return was not available and they were very apologetic. The refunded the money on my card for the price of the socks but not the shipping. Since I wasn't given a choice of receiving a credit or refund and because I wanted to continue to support them I asked for free shipping if I chose new socks and paid again. There was a lot of back and forth but they refused to give me the shipping and said if I spent $70 the site offered free shipping. They were also rude. At the end they said that they would connect me with someone and never did. I wish that I could recommend but with that kind of service I can't.
