I signed up for free service to utilize Jotform for a Vietnam Veteran Breakfast my community and I will host this March 2024. I came across Jotform on youtube and it seemed like a good choice. I created 3 exceptional forms with hours and hours of fine tuning and input from multiple volunteers. I put my confidence in Jotform and was optimistic this process would save us time from doing it manually as we had done the previous year. Everything was going fine for about 3 weeks then today the QR codes stopped working, people are calling me, I am locked out. So, I reached out to customer service online and received an initial reply where I was asked to provide documentation that I am legitimate. I am like WHAT?!?! Why didn't they ask me about all this when I signed up. Customer Service says 24/7! I have tried to connect multiple times in the last 10 hours with no response. I complied with everything they asked for to prove my legitimacy. Shame on me for not backing up what I created! To recreate this would take a boat load of time. I don't know if I am more furious or heart broken. I pride myself on doing my best for my community and our Veterans. This makes me and my good efforts look unprofessional. And yes it makes Jotform look unprofessional too. Subscribers, buyer, user please BEWARE!
