I should have read reviews before I ordered. As everyone said, this company is terrible. Took more than one month and no one answered when I could get. I asked the same question, but didn't get any clear answers. Also, the quality is $#*!. I bought 2 bags and they said handmade in Japan but this is a Chinese company. (I noticed it later) Everything's a lie! Japanese do not make these quality products!
