The writers do fantastic work, but the customer service representatives who communicate with with the customers are trash. I placed an order with a comment stating I would appreciate it if the previous writer could help me, but I didn't add the option to my order because it wasn't a requirement and I didn't want to limit my options (the order needed a 3-day turnaround). StudyCorgi's customer service put my order "on hold" and extended the deadline because they wanted me to pay an additional cost for the specific writer (again, this feature was not selected because it wasn't a requirement). Instead of immediately asking for clarification, they waited until 10 minutes after my order submission to send a message about their actions and ask for more money. Because it was midnight for me, I did not get their message until hours later. I pointed out that I didn't pay for the added feature because I didn't need it, but they still insisted that I pay them more. Then, they told me that, if I want to keep the same deadline, I would have to make an additional payment for the shorter deadline. I asked them to refund my payment and they avoided my request. I advise you to find an alternate writing service and avoid using StudyCorgi! It is very unfortunate that their greed has negatively impacted what would otherwise be a great service.
