The worst customer service. All of their contact methods are automated; chat, FB messenger and phone. If you hold on long enough you can finally get a human via phone. The person, however, has a script and is really unable to help. My tracking # for this order has not been updated in over a week. The phone person said it was shipped over a week ago and that's all the info they have. They are the shipper- find out where my items are! This happened with my last order placed, as well. It finally showed up. I asked when I will receive this order. The phone person said Oct. 19th it will be delivered. Today is the 22nd- I don't have it. Very disappointed at the LACK OF EFFORT to be helpful.
