Of 5 frames ordered in 2 different orders, all frames had gaps in corner joints and/or were misaligned on 2 or more corners. In one case there was a waxy white putty covering imperfection on frame surface. Would expect at least the corners could be flush. There was also some chipping of paint right at the corners.
Have not received a response yet. I assume they will respond positively or I will have to write another review.
Seemed easy, quick and reasonably priced, though there was not a lot of sizes and styles to choose from, as you might find in a frame shop. But to keep costs down, so must you have less variety to offer.
Required custom sizing for personal artwork. They offer a well proportioned plain white from of decent depth.
